My stay was extremely cozy and comfortable. The owner of the flat is exceptionally friendly and caring, and truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend him as he is not only attentive but genuinely a good person. The flat itself is spacious and well-furnished, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in the city!

600 metres from Maidan Nezalezhnosti Metro Station, Luxury Centre Located Apartment provides a recently renovated 4-star accommodation in the Shevchenkivskyj district of Kyiv.

Larisa is absolutely the best host imaginable. Her apartment is perfectly clean, it's in the best location in Kyiv, and is very comfortable. If I could rate my experience 10 stars I would.

Every thing. The owner is very kind and suuportive. The apartment is very spacious and clean. All what you need is available. Location is perfect. Suronded with several grocery shops, restaurants and more. Subway station is only 3 minutes walk. Although apartment is not in city center, but you can reach city center by metro in less than 4 minutes. Uber and bolt are always available and very cheap.

My perfect hotel in Kyiv. Fabulous indeed. I keep returning there to relax in spa in between my business meetings. I like the location: I can enjoy the breakfast, spend some time in the pool or gym and then quickly get out of the city avoiding any traffic. Perfect location if you travel by car and need to move towards Zhytomyr.
