Front desk staff were so lovely when we were checking in. Room was classic motel but comfortable enough - good for a stay when wanting somewhere close to the parks for less than staying at the Resort. Keep your expectations reasonable and you'll be happy.

The proximity to Knott's Berry Farm is fabulous, and the restaurant has good food. While smoking is officially prohibited, there's one small smokers section which was nice to have. The staff was always super friendly and helpful, even when things didn't go perfectly.
