All inclusive to the hotel breakfast and happy hour. Pool and spa were great and they allowed us 2 service dogs. Great job to all of the staff. We will be coming back

Gorgeous historic hotel right in downtown Pittsburgh. Felt like walking through a beautiful museum about the late 1800s/early 1900s. The rooms were old-style luxury with ornate finishes. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff showed me the true definition of hospitality. They were friendly and helpful, and the front desk upgraded my room just because! This was so refreshing because the standards for service and hospitality have plummeted since the pandemic in most big box hotels and resorts, but not at the Kimpton Monoco! From the front desk to the valet, to housekeeping and the restaurant. Just really, really classy. I will be back!

Everything is very clean and up to date. It felt like staying in a luxury resort hotel while in the middle of Robinson, Pa.

The best Holiday Inn that we have ever stayed in that wasn’t a resort. Lou at the front desk was awesome. The manager was nice and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The pool and fitness areas were nice also. My family of 5 had a nice corner suite that had plenty of room for all of us.
