He deakt with people in a friendly but firm way, and managed to deal with a dispute without having to resort to any unpleasant language. The people kept pressing him, but he stood firm. He was also very helpful with many other things. He kept his demeanor pleasant through out my stay desoite beeing alone at the front desk. One thing I don't understand is why when hotels go for luxury they have to decorate the room in a Victorian style. While it's beautiful it's also very busy and heavy looking.

Good off street parking, on a busy street but still quiet in the rooms. Bring your own soap, they don't give you much more than a sliver here.
