The garage feels fairly safe and secure. The neighborhood feels safe as well. Not a lot of riff-raff hanging around. The hotel staff - all of them - was friendly and serviceminded. The room was large with a small kitchenet. We apprecited that there were bathrobes for both of us. The location was perfect. The breakfast was included in the room price. The porridge was very good. I should have appreciated if there had been also vegetables like tomatoes and cucumber. Proper luxury . Sadly we had to change rooms due to a toilet flood & the other room went half as nice . Staff super friendly and helpful . Couldn’t advise enough on places to go and see .

The location was great. It felt very safe to walk there at all times, and it was surrounded by all sorts of attractions and very importantly, the bay. The room had all essential facilities. The financial district was a good choice for us, walkable to waterfront and public transport station. Compared to other hotels in area the service charge / resort fee wasn’t excessive. Nice water on tap and complimentary hot drinks in lobby. Staff very friendly and stored luggage as well as moving room no problem when there was a noise issue.
