This location was actually perfect for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. The included breakfast is amazing. We were concerned about staying in the cowboy cabin in winter but it was very warm and close to the bathrooms. The spa was also a nice winter treat!

Problems with tv advised staff and they sent maintenance twice but could not fix. Spoke with staff again and ask for another one but was advised they did not keep in stock. Hard to believe a resort property does not keep stock for a place as large as they are. Finally tv came back on by itself

You literally walk right into the park, to the visitor center, and the bus that takes you to the various stops in the park. There were also great amenities here with a small grocery and convenience store, souvenir shop, restaurant, etc. You don’t need to leave the property, but if you want to explore the town, you are right at the Springdale bus line (free).AAnonymousYoung couple
