I asked for a view room as it was our anniversary but they were booked. The front desk gave me a coupon for 15% off Dinner and two free mimosas for breakfast, instead. The housekeepers also put swan towels with rose petals on our bed. Which was very nice and unexpected. Great beach and beach bar by the river. Very good restaurant; great breakfast. Fun bar!

Location was perfect! The property has a private walking trail right to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for the concert we were attending.
