Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Sri Lanka! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board . The staff was extremely friendly, Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!Would definitely send a friend there.

Cosy charming place close to the airport, perfect to settle down after arrival or before departure. Hosts are lovely people who take care of everything and cook nice dinners. The pool is set in a lovely green garden, next to the river. It's quiet and comfy! You can easily visit Colombo from here. We would stay here again anytime!

A place for relaxing.
A place for relaxing. Taking it easy. Very far away from the city. If you book here, it should be after you are done with the city and are ready to chill and take your flight. Going back to City again is tedious due to distance. A family space. Activities for the family. Kids can have fun too. The restaurant is quite good and service quite quick. Very helpful and friendly staff. More like a sleepy resort than a hotel in the city.

Great view from the balcony, the outside area is incredible. I would have like to investigate the grounds more, such an attractive building! And in an interesting area, bus stops right along the main road (about 5 min walk). The rooms are basic and could be cleaner. The ensuite bathroom was a little smelly. Wifi worked really well. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. We received a free bottle of water on arrival. Breakfast is available at an extra charge. The directions to the hotel aren't clear, the tuk tuk driver needed to phone multiple times, very kindly a staff member came to the entranceway to signal for us.

I arrived too early BUT, as a result, had a GREAT pedicure and head/neck massage, about an hour in all. Perfect preparation for a 10.5 hour flight to London. Recommended go early snd indulge yourself.
