It was great! The room was calm, clean, comfortable and I was able to rest and relax. I arrived late and the key was left for me in the locker with clear instructions where to find it

I liked the accommodation very much, the whole experience was a great surprise. Everybody was very kind and helpful. We really liked the room and the view from the terrace. We also tried the sauna, which was super modern and nice. There were 4 types of saunas - all working well. The breakfast offered a great selection of food.

We really loved the location — very convenient and beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. There are activities for children, so kids are happy and entertained. The sauna was great for relaxing, but the real highlight was the heated outdoor pool — absolutely amazing, especially after an active day. The food on the half-board was outstanding: delicious, varied, and truly impressive. We would definitely love to come back.

Great location, right in the center of the city, exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast was also fantastic with the beautiful view across the city with the mountains in the background. We loved it we definitely be back.

Very convenient place to stop during a trip, with a check-in possible when the reception is already closed. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice view outside the window, a gas station and a Lidl in near. Convenient parking at the hotel (8€). Nice staff and good breakfast. BTW, breakfast serving times (I couldn't find it in the description): Monday: 06:30 – 10:00 Tuesday – Friday: 06:00 – 10:00 Saturday – Sunday (+public holidays): 07:00 – 10:30

We stayed at this hotel for accommodation only, without breakfast, and everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Great value for money – we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our comfy room and our balcony. We decided to stay an extra day, and our host at Reception that morning (Andy) was very happy to hear it. Since we had a 2-night stay, he gave us free bus passes to Innsbruck. The bus stop is a one-minute walk away - very convenient and with a beautiful view! We enjoyed a beautiful Spring day exploring Innsbruck center and river areas. We also really enjoyed the cozy and stylish restaurant on-site. The traditional trout platter was exceptional, with parsley potatoes in burnt butter that I couldn't stop eating, even though I was completely stuffed! Great salads, too! Very nice breakfast in the atrium room, too. Overall, Stadhotel Kramer was EXACTLY the kind of place we wanted to enjoy while in Austria - a family-run business, an on-site restaurant with delicious local foods, and warm and friendly hosts. We will definitely recommend it to our friends, and we hope to return ourselves!

It was very close to Bahnhof (train station) and a shopping mall 15mins on foot.

Good central location I would def recommend staying here. The rooms are perfect for getting you all the basics. The breakfast is good enough for a travel hotel, There are lots of restaurants close by

It's a very clean and quiet place, the room is large and the facilities are superb. Definitely one of the best places so far. Will come back.

Friendly staff welcomed us and we were able to park our motorcycle in a secure garage for the night. The breakfast had a good variety. The room had a balcony with a view of Heiligenblut valley, which was absolutely breathtaking!! We were very happy with our stay in this historical hotel and village.
