Everything! Ross was so helpful - pointing out good trails, giving local tips, and even taking some of us to see the sunset. Not to mention all the cool ppl at this hostel and the nice campfire socials! We ended up going on a hike together as well. My favorite hostel experience in AU. I was debating this and YHA for the Blue mountains - I would definitely return to this place. Stayed for a few nights (I think 4?) and regretted not staying longer. The hostel is close to the Katoomba train station and grocery marts.

The room is very clean. The sheets are immaculate and divine, it smells so fresh (it doesn't smell like crappy fabric softener that most hotels/accommodation uses). The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom sparkling. The team really put in a concerted effort to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. Lee is an exceptionally hospitable and helpful manager. This has got to be the cleanest and most comfortable room I've ever stayed in, in the Blue Mountains.

The Archibald Hotel was one of the best places I stayed in whilst in Australia. I visited the Blue Mountains in early March and stayed a night at the Archibald on my way out of the Blue Mountains. The place was as expected. A comfortable bed and room above the bar, with free parking. Staff were cracking - friendly and helpful throughout. Genuinely if I'm ever that way again, I will be stopping in as you couldn't argue with the customer service.

This is a grand old hotel. The common areas are very elegant. The room was quite spacious and well lit. View of the Blue Mountains was nice to wake up to. There is a small fridge and coffee facilities in the room. Location is excellent with dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. Katoomba is close to the Three Sisters and Leura, a nice town to visit.

Location of this property is outstanding with direct vista of Blue Mountains in a quiet secluded part of Katoomba close to Echo Point which provides good access to walking tracks. The property is quaint /quirky with a link to astrologer Russell Sterling. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with lovely tiered garden leading down to walking track below.

We love the blue mountains, we have stayed once before, many many years ago, the bathrooms are new, looks to be new aircon, new carpet. Our room was very comfortable and clean, most of the hotels in the area are not up to this standard at all. The RSL is right next door. Location is great, staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was delightful.

Excellent location - close to all Blue Mountains attractions, with many options to explore by walk or few mins drive. Close to shops. Located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, perfect for a weekend getaway. Apartment is well maintained, private, clean and spacious. We appreciated the early check- in on a rainy weekend.

Phenomenal hotel! Located right on top of the blue mountains sitting on the most popular trails, yet quiet, comfortable and luxurious! Not a single complaint except I didn’t stay long enough. The bathrooms were fabulous with big baths and separate showers and great tea and a kettle. I will definitely be back!

What a find Last minute trip to the Blue Mountains Hotel was great , beautiful old building, well maintained and very comfortable. Room well equipped with tea coffee and a small fridge Nice big shower . Restaurant good for dinner at a reasonable price Breakfast was good as well Would recommend

Location family orientated. Comfortable room. Great variety of food/restaurants. Great activities for children. Swimming pools central within hotel. Great to have golf course available. Plus has shop in reception area. Beautiful hotel in the Blue Mountains.

Great short term hostel for people travelling through Katoomba & the Blue Mountains. Feels very homey and accomodating, almost like a temporary, very clean share-house. The staff was also very nice and helpful! Would stay here again!

The hostel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is relaxed in the communal areas and well equipped for cooking. The location is ideal for site seeing and walking in the Blue Mountains and for food shopping in town.

Loved the authentic Australian cottage, its furnishings and garden space. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Location was perfect to take in the blue mountains in the area, and to browse the local shopping mall.

The hotel occupies the perfect position to view the Blue Mountains- choose a Mountain View room for a fantastic view from your bed! Staff were all lovely, breakfast & dinner were superb & we would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for visiting the Blue Mountains. Within easy walking distance of magnificent views and Scenic World. Very comfortable and clean studio apartment. Friendly and informative host. Could not have asked for more.

Blue Mountains Heritage Hotel is well located in the Main Street and met expectations in every way. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious and the kitchenette a good size with adequate equipment for a night stop over.

We were going to the Blue Mountains Ukulele Festival and in terms of location, the hotel was great. The staff were fine and the internal facilities were fine for cooking your own food. The TV in the lounge was not great.

Leura is a perfect base for visiting the Blue Mountains. This apartment was perfect for self catering and close to everything we wanted to see. comfortable and well equipped.
