Great hotel: easy parking, very nice and spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms, and very clean. Staff was nice and the restaurant was delicious, the breakfast was also great - enough healthy food to get us going for our day! Overall a great place to stay and I would definitely go back if I need to stay in Waterloo again!

What a very special experience and place! We relished our 2 night stay there. Loved our pretty red room and the beautiful living room. Talking with the staff and owner was a highlight — very warm and welcoming and encouraging of our traveling by bicycle. Highly recommend!

We had an incredibly lovely stay at Indrani Lodge! The service was outstanding—especially Guilloume, who made us feel truly welcomed and like we were old friends throughout our stay. The room had a gorgeous tub, extremely comfortable beds and we loved relaxing in the peaceful garden by the just a wonderful indoor pool. The highlight, though, was breakfast—the granola was the best we've ever had! Highly recommended! The food here is worth the trip alone too. 💗

The staff and hotel owners were beyond friendly and helpful to the point of driving me to my destination twice in two days. Very nice & comfortable room. Wonderful restaurant right next door. Excellent choice of places to stay in the area. Location was pretty remote and it would be helpful if the best way to get to the hotel from the train station was provided.

Waterloo was perfect for our stay in Belgium.

Waterloo was perfect for our stay in Belgium. We wanted to be close to Brussels without being in the city. We spent one morning at The Lion Mound, which was incredible (highly recommend) and then we went into Brussels, which was stunning. (again, highly recommend). The next day we took a drive out to Ypres to see the WWI trenches at Sanctuary Wood. It is an amazing preservation of history, and you can actually walk the trenches and tunnels. Then after that we continued on to the museum and beach at Dunkirk. The driving wasn't bad at all, and we finished the day back in Waterloo for dinner.

Nivelles city is attractive and interesting but the hotel is quite a distance out of the town. It is advisable to eat in the town as currently there is no food available in the vicinity apart from brakfast at the hotel

I liked the atmosphere of a small university town, with much green and large downtown pedestrian areas, including some restaurants, a market (on Tuesdays) and other conveniences. There are many trains to Louvain-la-Neuve from Brussels, it can however be a bit tricky to find your place unless you have access to street mapping, then it's easy.

I stayed in this hotel as the two hotels in Louvain la Neuve where sold out. It is located ten minutes by bus/car frim the city center if Louvain la Neuve (bus quai 5 to Gembloux stops in front of the hotel). Corbais is a small village. Nothing special except that it is near Waterloo and Louvain la Neuve.

If you are a Napoleonic war buff-Waterloo is a must see!

If you are a Napoleonic war buff-Waterloo is a must see! It is well done with a museum, a panorama, and the Lion's Mound. There are some other museums (Napolean's HQ, Wellington museum, and the Hougoumont Farm) worth seeing, as well. If you go to the Wellington Museum first, the lady is very friendly and offered the multi-museum ticket as a money saving option. We did this and saved. I'm sure any of the museums might offer the multi-ticket. Restaurants: we went to a place called "Wood Wayne"-they have nachos, hamburgers, and other American type of foods. They were the least expensive outside of Burger King and KFC. If you want Belgium "cuisine" - then, expect to pay $$$ Overall, Waterloo is a great historical site. The battle field is still visible and you can get a sureal feel for what actually took place in June of 1815. To get this fascinating feeling, you must climb up the Lion's Mound. What a view!!!

A long-time underestimated city has become a really nice place to visit and stay in. There is a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, excellent shopping, and several visit-worthy museums within 10 minutes walking from the center. Louvain-la-Neuve is also surrounded by green areas, so there are many outdoor activities as well - jogging around the lake, strolling in the forest, golf, or equitation. Everything can be reached by foot, but if needed, you can rent a cambio car to get to the places away from the city. There is also a "minibus on demand ("TEC a la demande") " service that can bring you around LLN and neighboring communes.

Waterloo is a great place to visit.

Waterloo is a great place to visit. The monument and museum is well worth a visit as is the temporary ABBA exhibition. The Mont Saint John brewery makes the best Belgian beer and has a lovely gift shop. The Carrefour hypermarket is one of the best we've visited, as is the adjoining Lunch Garden, and there are other good shops and restaurants around.

We were only in the hotel for one night but were pleasantly...

We were only in the hotel for one night but were pleasantly surprised at the location in a parkland area, the quality of the facilities and the excellent service from the friendly staff. A simple hotel without unnecessary luxury but provided an enjoyable stay.
