Very clean place . The staff was very helpful and really nice people . Close to the center and the Medical University. It is so nice that they start to serve breakfast was so rich with nice coffee and delicious home made cakes unusual for ordinary breakfast .

Very good position- right in the heart of the city. Right next the hotel, there is a fine restaurant. We had 2 rooms - a double and a triple. Both were clean and confortable. Very nice staff!

Great place! This is the most clean hotel I've seen in Pleven. Comfortable and clean room, normal parking, normal wi-fi in the room(!), tolerant personal. Conditioner works well, TV ect. Take attention that restaurant works from 16 p.m.
