Perfect location in the park with a small creek nearby. The restaurant menu is interesting, international with bulgarian touch. Staff is friendly.

We received a very hospitable welcoming by the staff. The room was up to what we expected. Clean, comfortable and located within a communicative area with restaurants, fast food, shops and bakeries.

The whole venue was really pleasant and offered the right mix of comfort, unique and enjoyable spa experience and delicious food served at the restaurant. Totally recommend it and can be easily combined with an exploratory trip in this part of Bulgaria.

the personnel from the hotel also are very friendly to the visitors. the hotel location is at the central of the city, its cleanliness and feeling here are great.

Great place! This is the most clean hotel I've seen in Pleven. Comfortable and clean room, normal parking, normal wi-fi in the room(!), tolerant personal. Conditioner works well, TV ect. Take attention that restaurant works from 16 p.m.

In the city center, free parking in front of the hotel and good continental breakfast with perfect espresso included. Friendly staff. Big room and comfortable bed.

Even though the room was small, it was still comfortable and warm and it exceeded my needs. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely save this place for my next trips to the town.
