Very good position- right in the heart of the city. Right next the hotel, there is a fine restaurant. We had 2 rooms - a double and a triple. Both were clean and confortable. Very nice staff!

Great place! This is the most clean hotel I've seen in Pleven. Comfortable and clean room, normal parking, normal wi-fi in the room(!), tolerant personal. Conditioner works well, TV ect. Take attention that restaurant works from 16 p.m.

Even though the room was small, it was still comfortable and warm and it exceeded my needs. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely save this place for my next trips to the town.
