Hotel Stoffel - adults only is located the upper part of Arosa, just a 1-minute walk from the closest ski slopes of the Arosa/Lenzerheide Ski Area and 19 mi from Chur. Extremely nice hotel, rooms and staff. The changing dinner is fantastic (based on local seasonal produce), and you get it to a lower rate when you stay at the hotel. We (my wife and I) had the room with the rooftop terrace, which is an amazing place both during the day and to watch the stars at night. The hotel also gave us 2 "Arosa Cards" so we could ride the lift system, buses and most of the train ride to/from Chur (Arosa-Lüen + Lüen-Arosa) for free. That is a nice touch! The hotel is quiet, cute, beautiful and excellent spot to start your hikes, have a romantic holiday or take the gondola lift to the Hörnli mountain station. The nearest bus stop is only 2min walk away.

Offering a restaurant serving traditional Swiss cuisine, Erzhorn is located in Arosa, directly next to the ski slopes and just 984 feet from the Arosa Ski Elevator. We had a lovey spacious room at the back of the hotel, which overlooks the slopes so you can see the skiers coming past your window. The layout of the room was well thought out, with plenty of space to hang clothes and ski gear for instance, and plenty of shelving around the sink and bath for toiletries. It could not have been better located - you are straight on the slopes when you come out of the door, and just a few metres downhill to the regular ski bus to get into town, to the station etc. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful and speak great English too. The restaurant is fantastic, the best food we had during our stay. The terrace is a popular spot for lunch with skiers and locals. I am gluten free and they made sure that I was well catered for. There is a good choice at breakfast.

Wonderfully located, slightly elevated above the village of Arosa. From the south facing balconies, the view is simply fantastic. The air is fresh as it can be and the nights are totally silent. We spent several days mountainbiking and enjoyed the hotel's big bike storage facility and that they provide a cleaning station. Several marked trails cross the hotel's location, so you get your breakfast, jump on your bike and there you go. Recommandable.

the apartment is well located in Arosa and is close to shops and restaurants. although it is central in town there is no car or traffic noise. the host is very accommodating for late arrivals and our keys were easy to find. the apartment is clean and well decorated. plenty of space with 2 rooms and 3 beds in each. the bathrooms and kitchen are modern with high quality appliances. we also had a nice balcony. could not fault anything.

Location is central, but quiet, near the beautiful Arosa lake and at walking distance to the train station, ski lifts and a multitude of shops, including ski rentals. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated perfectly.

Tschuggen is an amazing place to stay in Arosa. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is casual luxury which I personally appreciate a lot. A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental. The food and bar is great.

Great location & apartment with an unbelievable view. The bus went from the end of the road to the lifts (2 minute journey) which made it very easy to get to the ski area. Once out of Ski boots it was an easy walk to the main supermarket & shops. Valerie was an excellent host & I would recommend AROSA exklusiv to anyone who wants to book a trip to a great ski resort!

The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our time in Arosa. We took our dog with us and that's great that the hotel accept dogs in the rooms. In addition, everytime we had questions the hotel replied very quicky per e-mail which is very appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa areas are also great.

Amazing staff and location. I went by myself on a solo ski trip and m stay was everything I was hoping for. Hotel is at a walking distance from the train station,.and the train trip from Chur to Arosa is just stunning. The small spa in the hotel provided for a much needed relaxing time after a day of skiing!
