Absolutely amazing stay in Lauterbrunnen. Firstly our room was upgraded and we actually stayed across the road in Hotel Crystal (part of Oberland) in a big deluxe room with a balcony view. The room was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space to maneuver around and a great size bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was also great with plenty of options on offer. I can't believe this is only a 2 star hotel as it's one of our best stays in all of Europe. An absolute must if you stay in Jungfrau region/Lauterbrunnen!

It’s proximity to nature’s beauty. Loved sitting out on the balcony towards the Eiger. It was a gorgeous view. The room was perfect and we also enjoyed that balcony. The breakfast was delicious and fortified us with no need to eat again until dinner time. We enjoyed a 7 course dinner which blessed us with two wonderful wait staff, Rudy and Lani. Getting to meet the head chef and sous chef was a bonus! We were able to walk down to the terminal in order to get on the gondola for Jungfraujoch! We highly recommend this hotel!

The Hotel Caprice is a little gem. From the amazing views of the Jungfrau to the charming dining room and lounge area. Our room was comfortable and the view was spectacular from the balcony. One of the great surprises was the chef. Each morning we were presented with the evening menu and we ate dinner there twice. The chef is very talented and the dinners prepared with incredible flavor and local variety. I will be writing a separate review for the restaurant! We could have stayed longer and will return again!

I did not travel but it was a gift to my family who came from India to visit Switzerland. The best things are the location and the view. The cottage house is at a perfect place for travellers who wish to start their journey to Jungfraujoch from Interlaken Ost. It is around 20 minutes walk (uphill) from Interlaken Ost. The view from the room is too mesmerizing. The rooms were tip-top, cozy and very comfortable. The host made sure that we check in smoothly at middle of night. The breakfast was also great.

First off, the view from my 5th floor to the Eiger and Jungfrau mountains. This was the main reason why I came to Switzerland. On arrival from the train at Grindelwald I was met by Sybill on reception. Very nice person with a sense of humor. Downstairs is the restaurant where I ate for 3 days and nights. Good food. On the first floor Breakfast is served. Led by Stephen and Simon. Thanks for the laughs and advice. The pictures I am sharing tell the reason why this hotel should be the place to stay.

Love this place so much! The rooms are extra large and special, and the mountains are just outside the balcony! The view is picturesque. The house is over 120 years old and it was a pleasure to stay here, Gery and michel were exceptionally nice! The hotel breakfast was rich and delicious, and you can also buy tickets for excursions to the Jungfrau directly here. Thanks also to Gery for driving to the train station to pick us up. All in all, fell in love with Grindelwald because of this hotel!

The location of Hotel Regina is unbeatable, just a stone-throw away from the station, very easily reachable. The view from the room was unbeatable, completely unobstructed in the direction of Jungfrau. There isn't a hotel with a better view in Wengen. The room was crisp clean, sufficiently spacious (I stayed in a single room), well equipped. The bed very comfortable. Cute little balcony facing the valley provided enough space to sit with a coffee and enjoy the unbeatable view.

My phone didn't work in Switzerland(the calling feature was blocked because Switzerland was not an EU country), but I was glad to find that there was a calling station that allowed me to contact the hotel to arrange a shuttle bus. We had the top floor room, which we had to climb the last story through the stairs. The room is fairly big with a couch, and it was clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful. The garden has great view and you can see Jungfrau!

It was incredible, one of the most memorable moments in our stay in Switzerland. After all the hikers and passers are gone(since cable car stops slightly before 5pm), entire mountain range became like a private place for us. There's panoramic view of all the peaks Eiger/Monch/Jungfrau, BEST playground in the region - they even got a humongous slide that look like a cow! Definitely staying here few more days with my kids next time.

Hotel is spectacularly situated on the edge of the cliff Extra big balcony for the (somewhat smaller) corner doubles was awesome View of Eiger, Mönch, Schwartzmönch and Jungfrau, even Stechelberg in the valley Very good breakfast spread, the hostesses were really working Dinner menu has lots of options; we were pleased with the three meals we had there Comfy beds Functional (though small) bathroom Short walk to BLM (train) station

Hotel Jungfrau was absolutely perfect for our stay in Murren. The staff was welcoming, helpful and allowed us to check in early. The room had a STUNNING view, was spacious and had a great balcony. Despite being in the center of Murren, it was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the Gondelbar and the restaurant for dinner. We were well taken care of by all of the staff and wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a perfect apartment for our group - two families with kids. Plenty of space, in fact it was even bigger then we expected looking at the pictures. Apartment had everything you could possibly need. Tip: get Jungfrau Travel pass - it will cover all the trains and cable cars in the area, might seem costly but it definitely worth it! Only way to get to Wengen is to take a train from Lauterbrunnen.

Apartment was located in quiet residential zone 5min walk from Wilderswil train station. Next to station were also 2 supermarkets. The hostess was superfriendly and helpful and made me feel like a welcomed quest. Apartment was bright, spacious, well kept and supertidy. Kitchen was fully equipped. From windows you can see mountains and in bright weather even Jungfrau is peeking if looking from balcony.

Jeanette and Tom were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and well appointed. The bathroom was very modern and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the hotel restaurant was the best we ate at in Switzerland. Fresh vegetables and the fried chicken was amazing. Beautiful view of the Jungfrau and Eiger Mountains. We will stay there our next visit to Murren.

AWSEM staff, Paulo and Francesco. Location right across the Gondola which will be finished Renovation in 6 weeks. Hat a view to the Eiger Moench and Jungfrau, sooosoo great. Room 35. Food at the Restaurant exceptional. Great Vine. Handicap accessible has elevator. Has outside restaurant and during main Season the Eiger Hotel is open and has Pool.

Very friendly staff; comfortable room. The hotel is located close to bus/train stop Wilderswil with good connections to the centre of Interlaken and destinations in the Jungfrau region. However it is still quiet, being on a side street with very little traffic. Hotel restaurant offers a good menu (10% discount for hotel guests)

The hotel is very picturesque. Not only the views but the building and interiors were made tastefully. The dining area has a view of the Jungfrau mountains, and so are the rooms that we booked. We were after traditional Swiss buildings, and we are happy that we got that with Hotel Regina. The staff are VERY helpful and friendly!

The location is only steps away from the train station and the central. The staff was the fifth star of this hotel, very welcoming and supportive. Jungfrau view from our room was magical. (One of the staff members was on her first day of work, yet she managed to take us through one the smoothest check-in’s that I have ever had)

Had a very enjoyable stay for three nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quirky, relaxed and informal in a quiet location but very handy for the station and good value for money by Interlaken standards. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Great views of the Jungfrau from the hotel were a bonus.
