The location couldn't be better. Excellent staff, both at the hotel and the bar/restaurant. We'll certainly be back.

The hotel has recently been renovated. Very clean with good bedding. We dined there, the menu offers quality local dishes. The villagers meet on the beautiful terrace in the evening which gives a very authentic character. Thank you to all the team for this pleasant stay. We'll be back with pleasure.

Located on a slope above the village of Miglieglia and 16 km from Lugano, Albergo Santo Stefano is a traditional Ticinese style building from the 18th century. It offers rooms with a private bathroom.... What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Great location with friendly staffs. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and the staffs also recommended a good local restaurant to me. The lake view room I looked is fantastic. Breakfast is not various but acceptable, also passionate staffs servicing the breakfast.

A szálloda hangulata nagyon kellemes, a személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A reggeli kínálata kiváló és finom volt. A szálloda elhelyezkedése központi, közel volt a pályaudvar és a funicular, amivel a központba lehetett eljutni. A szálloda Ticino kártyát biztosított. A megnézni valók kiválasztásában is kaptunk segítséget. A szálloda medencéje és a környéke jó, lehet pihenni.

Staff were amazing. We had a rough time earlier that day with some other accommodation and they took us last minute late at night and upgraded our room so we could cook some food we had and be comfortable. Can't tell you how much this was appreciated by us after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was very good and again the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
