Lækkert spa område uden merpris (massage koster ekstra). 5 min gang til stationen og byens gågade. Kvarteret omkring hotellet er som sådan dog lidt “træt”. Hotellet selv er top vedligeholdt.

Riffelberg har en fantastisk beliggenhed i ca 2.500 moh. Rigtig flot sauna og dejlig jacuzzi med udsigt til Matterhorn. Hotellet (bygning) er i sig selv ikke så spændende …men det er fint, hvis ellers alt andet spiller. Man kan tage toget (bjergbanen) næsten helt til døren.

Perfekt lejlighed med rigeligt til to personer. Fantastisk udsigt til Matterhorn og en flot anlagt og velholdt have. Meget central beliggenhed - Fås ikke bedre. Stor sydvendt altan med udsigt til Matterhorn. Parasol til de dage om sommeren, hvor solen giver for meget varme.

Virkelig dejlig lejlighed, flot udsigt til Matterhorn og ud over byen fra den dejlige terrasse hvor man kan sidde og nyde den fantastiske udsigt. Lejlighed er veludstyret med alt hvad man har brug for. Sød og hjælpsom værtinde.

Meget rummelig lejlighed med fuldt udstyret køkken. Fin beliggenhed ikke langt fra indkøb. Stor terrasse med delvis udsigt til Matterhorn.

Room is very nice and good view unfortunately for me is when i stay not a good weather so I cannot get a good view. But if it clear I'm sure. Staff very nice to helpful us to go anywhere. Breakfast is very good very nice. If you choose some hotel at zermatt. This hotel is your choice. When I checkout staff tell me can leave luggage there. When I finish matterhorn and go down to station. I can call them and they will bring my luggage to station.

Cozy, great location, quality at all levels, from staff to the food and service! Warm, welcoming, plus we had a room with a spectacular view, the restaurant as well, the direct access to the ski room was a plus! We will definitely return, maybe in summer to enjoy Zermatt’s beautiful setting and the wide range of activities that it offers!

Best staff ever. They really went out of their way to make my stay special and were brimming with genuine warmth - every single person I interacted with. I had a constant smile on my face and that is particularly due to the incredible staff. Both in Tradition Julen and Hotel Alpenhof (which has a spa you cannot miss out on). The location is close to the town center and there is a shuttle to/from the train station + sister hotel. The restaurant is phenomenal as well as the breakfast. So many little details that made this a truly unique experience like offering me a discount and a drink voucher when I extended my stay, giving tips about getting around the mountain, and somehow always finding chocolate in my room (sometimes even hand-delivered). What an absolute delight, and an experience I will hold onto for a long time.

All the staff from concierge to reception to restaurant to housekeeping are very polite, helpful and positive. Their dedicated attitude is focused on the perfect guest experience. The hotel has a wonderful spa, which is just what you need after a long day of skiing or snowboarding. Furthermore the ski room facilities are second to none with ventilated lockers for each room, and helpfully a ski shop is attached within the same building, so equipment rental can be charged to your room with one click. no need to leave the hotel to rent equipment or buy the latest gear. Located right in the village, so quite far from the ski lifts if walking in ski gear BUT the facilities, service & positive vibes outweigh this, and worth the daily taxi ride at 12 CHF each way to the ski lifts. However, being in the village means that you are right smack in the middle to shop in all the big brand watch & clothing stores, and have all the restaurants right on your door step. The lively part of town therefore is at your fingertips. The restaurants within the hotel are wonderful though, so you don’t necessarily have to venture out to dine. The rooms are perfectly clean, homely, well equipped and the suites are very spacious. Modern touch button showers and baths with rainfall showers, soft fluffy towels and also wonderfully heated when you come back after a day out in the snow. Comfy, homely with a Swiss touch of magic and the view of the Matterhorn or surrounding mountains. I keep returning every year, and truly highly recommend this wonderful hotel with all its fabulously helpful staff, which I cannot praise enough. I have stayed in all of Zermatt 5 star hotels, but the Mont Cervin Palace is the winner for me every time. Thank you to all the staff for making each stay more than memorable for all the right reasons.

The room was beautiful, well designed and planned. Loved the fact that there was a balcony (ideal if you want to relax and chill) but we couldn't get a view of the Matterhorn from there. The breakfast was good as well, but thee need to be more people there for service. e.g. we had dinner the same night we checked in and it took us a while to catch someone's eye - since there were literally 2 people there! Location wise, it is fine, cause we chose the hotel because it wasn't a long walk from the station.

From the reception to the bedroom everything was so so so good

The mountain view is so beautiful , staffs are very friendly and helpful. Delicious dinner and breakfast . The rooms very clean.

The decor was so different and cool. The breakfast was amazing and the staff and facilities were also beyond our expectations.
