Excellent Hotel. Spacious, family-friendly accommodation with beautiful lake views, great beach facilities, and healthy dining options. The area is peaceful and ideal for relaxation. However, the stairs and steep path to the lake may be challenging for those with mobility limitations, and a car is essential for accessing nearby amenities.

Hotel service was great, so was the breakfast / dinner buffet as well as the wellness facilities.

Very nice room, clean, with great balcony. The building is brand new and well kept. The breakfast is exceptional - there is everything from pastries and sausages to fresh fruit and vegetables. The most pleasant aspect of our stay was the staff - namely Erika, who is the single most exceptional employee of the hotel!

Amazing experience: Very friendly stuff, feeling like own family. Great facilities (pool, tennis court) and kitchen. I will be happy to come again, thank you! Just note the location on the hill, to the town it's about 10 mins walk via nice forest path.

The location is great and very close to the mountain. Parking was comfortable and had an E charger for our car. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were lots of fun things for the family to do in the game rooms!

The hotel was located very close to the lake. The staff were very kind and friendly. They have taken care of our special requests. I recommend this hotel for a long weekend getaway from the busy stressful life.

Terrific value for money. The room was large, clean with a balcony. The facilities were ultra-clean. The staff were very friendly and the food at the restaurant was really excellent. The place far exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was more than adequate and the digital check-in and out worked perfectly. The accomodation is located in the centre of susice and a good starting point for visiting the sorroundings area like Castle Kasperk oder the Sumava National Park. I highly recommend the hotel mostly because of the good value for money. Of course it is not a 5* hotel or an all inclusive resort, however you get a newly renovated, clean room with a delicious breakfast in best location and even a smart TV and comfy beds.

Very quiet, with great, friendly staff. I have olive skin type, now quite suntanned, and I did not experience any racism. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed. They have beautiful,amazing,spacious, and clean rooms, also outside patio for breakfast, that is included with stay. It is older hotel, but it has charm, at least for me! For that reason, I will stay 1 more night.1 more night🙂

Location - surronded by forests, hills and mountains. Tasty food in the hotel's restaurant.

Friendly staff, speaking English was very helpful. They arranged a taxi for me twice (who was great). Food was amazing! Both breakfast and dinner, something for everyone! Although I don't have small children, it was very nice to see the family friendly vibe. I enjoyed seeing the kids playing with their families. I liked the bar, very nice. Playing cards every night was a great way to unwind and connect with my son.

The rustic design of the hotel is amazing! The room was spacious , more than expected.
