Very close to the central station and metro station. 7 minutes walk from central station and 2 minutes walk to Ubahn station. The property is very clean and maintained well. There’s a shopping close to the hotel and can restaurants and supermarkets are available in the mall. They made great pizzas for dinner at their restaurant.

Very large room, confortable, amazing view of the Danube, plus very friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

Super clean, nice room with tea and coffee

We traveled with our 1-year-old baby, and the room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, a kettle, and kitchen equipment that was very useful for preparing our baby's meals. The staff were extremely friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!

Nice and clean hotel , close to public transport ( Train ) and good for a short stay .

Great and new hotel, very clean, comfortable and worth the money. Hospitable and welcoming staff. Great value for money. In the close proximity (at least for me:-) to the heart of Stuttgart, just few km away. Free parking in front of the Hotel (subject to space availability. Initially we came for 2 nights, though decided to stay longer. All in all - great hotel.

The rooms were good and well equipped.The staff was friendly and decent. The exceptional thing was their breakfast, a wide variety of items to eat for 16 bucks which is not a lot if you think with a brunch perspective.

Your hotel is the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Despite the fact that major construction was happening a short distance away and the hotel is located on one of the main roads passing through Karlsruhe! The staff was always friendly and professional and went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service!

Our stay at Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Cristiano, the best bartender I’ve ever met across 15 countries. He truly deserves a 10/10 for his amazing skills and friendly vibe that made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The rest of the team, from reception to housekeeping, was also incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home throughout our visit. Thanks a million for the great hospitality, we will definitely choose this hotel again next time we are in town!

i liked the location and the airconditioning was great in summer

The room planning is a bit unusual. Family room consists of 2 separate suites connected with a hallway- 1 with 2 beds and another with 1 queen bed. So in case of family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) booking offers 2 rooms (1 Family room (2 suits inside) + 1 double room) - which considers 1 child will be sleeping separately. However after discussing this with booking com and hotel stuff - we kept only 1 family room. Fast response and reaction.

Great location and very comfortable. The apartment is situated right downtown, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the train station. Inside, everything was spotless, highly comfortable, and very spacious for a solo traveler. I had a wonderful stay
