Perfect views of the castle from the balcony, within walking distance to major attractions and/or bus station. The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good!

Everything was wonderful, comfortable clean cozy food amazing both at breakfast and dinner staff was great. You can start hiking right from the property. Wines are great outside area wonderful.

Centralized to the city, clean, modern, friendly staff. Went for a night to enjoy the spa and a little time away from home. The bartenders can mix some good drinks and the breakfast in the morning is amazing.

Patric is an exceptional host. He helped me book a room at Dormero Frankfurt for the next night. The location right on the Mosel River is fantastic and I hiked up to the castle from the hotel. Everything about the room and service was great, and I absolutely would stay there again and recommend it 100%. Thank you Patric for an amazing experience ! Also highly recommend The Burg Döner Restaurant a few doors from the hotel. Superb !

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was good value for the money.

Check in was super easy and they have machines to self check-in if the staff is not there. The location was a 15min walk from the center. Rooms were clean and just like the photos. Very good option for a few nights stay.

I really enjoyed Team Constantin on the reception desk. Friendly, professional and always available or just a phone call away. The parking situation was fantastic and safe. The location was for me just perfect and I was able to get some good exercise while discovering the historic, beautiful city of Trier. The weather was very hot and the my room was around 30 degrees, like a sauna, but no one has control over the weather. So I did my best with the ventilator that was in the room:-)..and a cold shower before going to bed. I´m planning to come back in November and will definitely book again. Thank you for making my time in Trie a pleasant experience.

The location was OK, quite close to the city center - The room was clean, large, and we'll furnished - The beds were comfortable and large and there were two nice pillows for each person - The staff was helpful

Everything. We stayed in a tiny little house with a small garden table and a garden chair. That was absolutely gorgeous.

I stayed at Hotel Aulmann for a solo trip and it couldn’t have been better – it’s right in the pedestrian zone, super central, and ideal for exploring the city on foot. The staff was friendly, the room was just right for one person, and everything was clean and easy. All in all, a no-fuss, comfy stay.

Great location opposite the main attraction and easy walking to the most friendly city centre, supporting local trades and vinyards.

Staff was exceptional, my wife was sick for a day+, xtra room service was needed and we got it in spades, kudos. Room was dated but super nice, large with a big bathroom and view of the stream/path. Pool and spa was exceptional- for a hotel, way above average. My wife and I used the steam sauna daily, albeit the sick day! There is also an infrared sauna and a shower that had max pressure, sweet! E- charger was complimentary. Restaurant at hotel was very busy and one of the best in the area, great food and service. Terrific location, can walk down stream path, then path where vegetable gardens are located, you come out (after going under 3 road underpass) at the Roman wall, south end. Roughly a 20 min fast walk. Staff spoke English and were super helpful, all smiles, totally enjoyed my stay here.

Their customer service is great. If you checkin late and forget to tell the call the number on the door theyll help u out.
