Everything was perfect. New, modern, very clean, comfortable, and good location. The host was very attentive and helpful. it was a great experience

The Hotel is family run business. They were giving personal attention. Break fast was on demand - No time limit. New and clean building. Bathrooms were clean. The couple Owner were very supportive and tried to help in all expect.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Sultana Hotel in Luxor, and I must say, it was beautiful. The design and interior were perfectly put together, and the overall atmosphere was just wonderful. The facilities were excellent—there was a swimming pool, a delicious Egyptian breakfast, and the rooms were spotless—comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Most importantly, the owner, Nasser, and the entire staff were incredibly kind. They helped with everything—tours, transport, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re visiting Luxor, I highly recommend staying here—it’s a great place with a fair price and truly friendly service!

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

Apartment is very spacious and clean. Location is good, near to all main things in Cairo. We had a small problem at the beginnig but was all resolved with very helpful owner.

Massaouda is really nice to us. Recommend it.

I’ve known this area in downtown for a long time, and from here, I can easily walk to everything I need in both the downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. When the hotel I usually stayed at was unfortunately closed, I started looking for another place nearby. That’s when I found The Crown Hotel. It’s easily accessible by taxi, and I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. The staff was always attentive and genuinely caring. The breakfast was not only plentiful, but also clearly prepared with a lot of love. During my first stay, I had a spacious room with windows it, along with the bathroom, was beautifully decorated and absolutely clean. I’d like to say a big “Thank you!” to the entire team. The Crown Hotel is truly a great recommendation

The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

Nice and clean Hotel surround by gardens and green spaces .. also we could see The Nile and the Mountains in amazing view .. The restaurant served for us very fresh and delicious food.. we also enjoy our time in the nice and clean swimming pool.. the Hotel arranged our tour to Dandara temple and Abydos Temple. Also the Sailing boat to see the sunset and the magical trip of the hot-air balloon.. The management and the team work was so kind and helpful .. Ayman &Mohammed were amazing in everything I recommend this nice Hotel..

What can i say, before we arrive, Taha made everything so easy for us, ensured us that everything will be taken care of and indeed, we were taken care of till the end. One of the best hosts I’ve experienced. He will help you with whatever u need, whether u need transportation to get around, or even plan activities. He gave us Ahmed to drive us to the west bank activities, ahmed explained the history the entire way and was fantastic! Next day we were given a boat captain karim to drive us around for east bank activities, after which we hung out on the boat in the nile watching the sunset. Beautiful experience! They prepare breakfast every morning whenever you wake up, tastiest egyptian breakfast, they make the best falafel!! Taha and his team made us feel like it was our home, the ease of access to anything we needed was on point. Thanks again to Taha and his team. I RECOMMEND and i would def come here again!
