The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Sultana Hotel in Luxor, and I must say, it was beautiful. The design and interior were perfectly put together, and the overall atmosphere was just wonderful. The facilities were excellent—there was a swimming pool, a delicious Egyptian breakfast, and the rooms were spotless—comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Most importantly, the owner, Nasser, and the entire staff were incredibly kind. They helped with everything—tours, transport, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re visiting Luxor, I highly recommend staying here—it’s a great place with a fair price and truly friendly service!

I’ve known this area in downtown for a long time, and from here, I can easily walk to everything I need in both the downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. When the hotel I usually stayed at was unfortunately closed, I started looking for another place nearby. That’s when I found The Crown Hotel. It’s easily accessible by taxi, and I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. The staff was always attentive and genuinely caring. The breakfast was not only plentiful, but also clearly prepared with a lot of love. During my first stay, I had a spacious room with windows it, along with the bathroom, was beautifully decorated and absolutely clean. I’d like to say a big “Thank you!” to the entire team. The Crown Hotel is truly a great recommendation

Everything! Not a single issue. First and foremost, I’ve never seen such friendly staff. I’ve been to so many hotels and resorts around the world and I’ve never met such friendly, helpful staff. Everyone wanted to make sure that we’re having an exceptional stay, from the reception to the housekeeping to the waiters/waitresses to the chefs and everyone else. Ms. Massaouda was the superstar. She reached out to me before my arrival, helped us with early check-in, gave us an in-depth review of all the facilities, always checked in on us to make sure we’re happy and helped us with a late check-out. Other than the staff, the resort has a huge number of facilities and entertainment that suited our entire family’s age groups. The activities at the kids club and the every night shows were spectacular. Last but not least, the food was exceptional. A huge variety and wonderful taste. Thanks to Jaz Asteria’s whole team! This trip will be memorable!

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

I consider myself a relatively picky person, so when I say that this was easily one of the best resort experiences I've had, I think that really says a lot. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and thoughtful. The room was very spacious, cleaned daily, and our room cleaner always left cute little designs on the beds which I thought added a thoughtful touch. Also the beds were suuuuper comfortable, especially the pillows which says a lot because I'm someone who never uses pillows because I can never find any that are comfy for me and the way that I sleep. I think they also offered like a pillow menu so they could bring you one that best worked for you. There were a variety of food options (I think honestly the Beach Bar restaurant had the best lunch, we went there literally every single day. We also may have developed an addiction to the spicy margaritas lol). The resort itself is very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. There are a series of other resorts next to Alaya and I really felt like we made the best decision in picking this one. It's also easy walking to both the coral and the regular beach. They had events every afternoon and evening so there was always a little something to do for everyone. Overall a great experience and I definitely will be going back!

Had an incredible experience at this property. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and secure with 24/7 security that gave us real peace of mind. The space itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, always available and eager to help with anything we needed. Absolutely unforgettable stay! Nubian Spirit Aswan is a true gem by the Nile. The view is breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the hospitality is exceptional. The hotel beautifully blends Nubian charm with modern comfort, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Aswan. Every detail was thoughtful, and the staff made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Aswan — I can’t wait to come back!
