Everything was perfect. New, modern, very clean, comfortable, and good location. The host was very attentive and helpful. it was a great experience

The Hotel is family run business. They were giving personal attention. Break fast was on demand - No time limit. New and clean building. Bathrooms were clean. The couple Owner were very supportive and tried to help in all expect.

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

The owner made it worth it. The facility is beautiful, the food was great and the hospitality wow just made me feel so comfortable.

The property is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and overall organization.

I’ve known this area in downtown for a long time, and from here, I can easily walk to everything I need in both the downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. When the hotel I usually stayed at was unfortunately closed, I started looking for another place nearby. That’s when I found The Crown Hotel. It’s easily accessible by taxi, and I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. The staff was always attentive and genuinely caring. The breakfast was not only plentiful, but also clearly prepared with a lot of love. During my first stay, I had a spacious room with windows it, along with the bathroom, was beautifully decorated and absolutely clean. I’d like to say a big “Thank you!” to the entire team. The Crown Hotel is truly a great recommendation

The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Our stay at the Home of ISIS was absolutely fantastic! This boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Luxor, overlooking the Nile. Newly opened, it features stylish design, spotless rooms, and staff who make you feel like home. The highlight is Taha, who built this hotel with full of love. He helped us arrange our entire itinerary; provided fairly priced trip options that are tailored to our preference, with no hidden fees. We saw the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple, and enjoyed a sunset Nile boat ride (with dessert and tea). Taha also curated wonderful local experiences, from dining at a restaurant for delicious koshari to rides on a local bus and horse carriage. Thanks to Taha’s seamless coordination of all transportation, our journey here was beyond amazing. Luxor was a dream, and this hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I booked a night's stay at the hotel and owing to the prompt and effective communication with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, I ended up arranging a 2-day trip from Cairo (and back) to visit the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis with pitstops at Black mountain, Crystal mountain and the lake at Bahariya. The trip was very well arranged as the car, the driver and the experiences exceeded my expectations. Farafra is far and remote but we felt very safe at the hotel and staying close to the desert meant that we got more time to witness the magnificent beauty of the desert without camping or taking a long drive back to Bahariya/Bawiti after dark. The hotel itself was clean and very suitable for a night's stay. The staff was considerate to prepare food as per our dietary preferences. Overall, if one has time for a long drive from Cairo, I recommend arranging the stay and the trip with Rahala Safari Hotel to enjoy the wonders of the white desert.

Rooms are very clean bright and spacious very comfortable bed , Beach quality is stunning ,We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The facilities, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. All the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful but a special thank you to Baraka, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and did everything he could to make our visit truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a real difference. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
