This is a really nice and relaxed hotel. The staff are very accommodating, professional and very friendly, the facilities onsite are perfect, the restaurant/breakfast buffet and bar are also very efficient and well maintained. We were travelling with a small baby who just learned to walk so staying in a hotel that has lots of green areas and is pet friendly meant he was happy to be outside watching dogs and the brood of chickens that roam the green near the hotel. The hotel made sure that everything required for a baby was in our room already or was available in the common areas. We liked it so much that we booked it again for our return trip and we would have no hesitation booking again in the future.

We love being close to the ferry! The beach walks are nice and we are treated nicely with our two golden retrievers, Sophie and Gracie!

The hotel is excellent. Extremely friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with many windows, also in the bathroom, overlooking the garden of the Louvre Lens museum. Parking was very convenient. A pillow and plates for our dog!

parking was great. The breakfast and restaurant were good. It was a nice surprise that the hotel is part of a shopping mall, so I got some shopping done at the Carrefour.

The staff are exceptional. Never experienced such good customer service. So peaceful, spa was lovely. Rooms so clean and beds so comfortable. Even got flowers for Mother’s Day.

Great location right next to a shopping complex with supermarkets, a petrol station, restaurants and fast food options, making it an ideal stopover before an early ferry from Calais. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, a great overnight stay.

Beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels available. We also liked the toiletries. Breakfast was very good. Check-in was on Saturday, check-out on Sunday, and there was free parking available right at the back of the hotel. Staff was very nice, quick and smooth check-in and check-out experience. We would choose this hotel again if it has good rates.

All good value and standard for an overnight

We have been coming for years to this hotel. The main reason is the quality of the bed and the kindness of the personnel. We shall keep coming back every time we cross over to Calais.

A delightful heritage property conveniently located in the middle of Arras. A former Jesuit monastery built in 1604, this hotel has character and panache. Super motivated and friendly staff, a really good on-site restaurant for both breakfasts and suppers and surprisingly reasonable pricing thoughout. Our room had a large walk-in shower with both a rain head and hand wand. Plenty of hot water and even the towels could be warmed with a hot-water towel rack!
