Beautiful garden area ideal for a sunshine breakfast and a gorgeous hot tub at the end of a busy day. Fab location, Mumbles is beautiful with lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Hosts communication great, recommendations fab would absolutely love to stay here again.

Lisa is an amazing host . 142 is a lovely boutique b+b right in the centre of Mumbles , just set back from the front , with off street parking . The place is absolutely spotlessly clean . The breakfast was 11/10 . If we are ever in the area again we would love to go back .

Loved the location and our sea view room was Lovely, also the weather was gorgeous so that was a bonus. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The bed was soooo comfy too. A lovely stay at the Oyster House.

Everything was designed with an eye for style, colour and detail. The breakfast was very generous and Lisa was warm and attentive. The accommodation was superb, the location excellent.

Lisa was an exceptional host. It is a beautiful property with stunning views and a short walk into the town . The bedroom was well equipped and luxurious. There was alot of attention to detail with extras added to make your stay more comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of fruit, cereal, pastries and a lovely selection of freshly cooked hot food. We would definitely recommend this property and would book here if ever we travelled to The Mumbles again.

Gorgeous view from the main bedroom. Great location and very clean. Beds so comfy and showers brilliant. Games and dvds provided plus milk and welsh cakes a lovely touch.

Great location, comfortable and clean. Beautiful interior design. Fantastic coastal walks. Mumbles is a great coastal town. Great communication with Cat. Small corner shop/coffee shop next door. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. We were able to use a recommended dog-sitter. Hope to return.

Great location - well run and efficient- good contact about check- in which was allowed early. Our room felt spacious through careful design and we had a lovely bathroom.
