In a tranquil setting on the banks Loch Awe, Taychreggan Hotel offers elegant accommodation and high-quality dining. This place is a little slice of heaven and I’d honestly stay here again. So quiet and private, and a great little base to do some exploring of the area. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful food. The waitresses are so accommodating and sweet. We felt so at home and welcomed - nothing like old fashioned hospitality. The breakfast is amazing - so much to choose from and they cook it for you personally after you order. The room was clean and had a great bed, with a view over the water. I’d love to visit again - everyone was so kind and friendly. A beautiful part of the world and the views of Loch Awe were stunning.

Glenorchy Lodge-Rooms Only has a garden and terrace in Dalmally. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. The hotel features double or twin rooms. A very pleasant little hotel managed by one person! Nik is a very helpful and attentive host. The building itself is just beautiful, I recommend this place to everyone who seeks a moment away from the city's noise.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Orchy Bank House is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Dalmally, 27 km from Inveraray Castle. Absolutely amazing! We did a 10 day roadtrip through Scotland and this was by far the best hotel we had. The house was amazing, the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend staying here. The owners were very friendly and gave us a perfect warm welcome! Big bonus when we got to feed the ducks in the morning!

Offering views of the Scottish Highlands, The Nest Glamping Pod is set 3 km from Dalmally. It offers accommodation, barbecue facilities and a garden. The glamping pod features an en-suite bathroom. The location was very remote and beautiful. We really enjoyed being away from everyone and the city. The bed was super comfortable and warm. The bathroom was surprisingly big for the size of the cabin. No cons whatsoever. The real food cafe was a highlight of the night. 10/10 loved.

Located in Dalmally and only 26 km from Inveraray Castle, Craig Villa Guest House provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location was great. Halfway between Glasgow and our destination, the Isle of Skye. It was quiet and comfortable. Our hosts, Taryn and Euan were very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was perfect.

Offering river views, Cladich House Bed & Breakfast is an accommodation located in Cladich, 16 km from Inveraray Castle and 41 km from Kilmartin House Museum. Room was very comfortable and above expectations. Home cooked bread for breakfast was a very pleasant surprise.

This enchanting Edwardian country house is home to 5 modern, self-catering apartments, with free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. I fell in love with the location when I saw the pictures on Booking and was more than happy to discover than the suite we rented was even better! The location of the Kilchurn suites is really convenient if you want to travel all around Scotland as it is quite central (30 minutes from Oban and located at the crossroads to different major places). The appartment is confortable, very well furnished and with lot of brightness. The kitchen is totally equiped, allowing us to cook and be totally autonomous. There's a big parking space to park in the courtyard. As there are 3 suites in the same buiding, I was afraid it might be noisy but this is not the case; we had a lot of privacy and quietness in our appartement and we didn't realise that we had neighbours. We had a great stay at Kilchurn suites and found very lovely hosts. Paul and Kate are soo nice and helpful that we were sad to leave them after 2 weeks. We expect to return with friends as we still have to discover a lot of things in Scotland and in the area. Thanks to Paul and Kate for their warm welcome!

Boasting a spa bath, The Posting House is situated in Kilchrenan. This holiday home features free private parking and private check-in and check-out. The Posting House is a beautifully set up property - clean, comfortable and well set up. Kate, the host, was very accommodating. You could stay for a week quite easily. Our car broke down and Kate even offered to pick us up and drop us off if we needed it. Kate allowed us to have a late checkout until our car was ready, which was so appreciated. She even followed up after to check we were ok.
