Pool, beds, territory. Realy great value for its money

Evertyhing was perfect. The staff was amazing. We stayed in 4th floor and the housekeeping was very nice and helpfull. The room service as great. The breakfast is included in the room rate,it was nice but if it wasn't included in the room rate; ı won't eat beacuse it is a little expensive.

Everything was fine, nice room, clean...

Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone loves dogs, so if you have four legged companion, this is the place to stay.

Very close to the city, ample parking facilities, spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly staff, very very good breakfast. Enjoyed our three-day stay in this lovely place 10 minutes drive away from Norwich city.

Everthing was fine about the hotel, the only surgestion i would give is the actual entrance. It wasnt the best sighn.We found it awkard to finf following the satnav. Special thanks to the lady who was in the breakfast area.Than you.

The room was at the top of the building, so we have a view over the tops of the houses. Nice clean room with everything needed for a comfortable stay and with other guests staying in the place, it was quiet. The dining area was good and the food was excellent.

Breakfast they also cooked a vegetarian full breakfast and it was excellent. A seven breakfast a really nice touch. Nice bar.

Good size and clean room. Mattress very good and I've had a very quiet, calm and restful night. I wish I could stay longer.

Excellent hotel, staff very helpful, great location, coffee, tea, juices and snacks in room. Breakfast is vegan but there is a cafe over the road that does an excellent full English. Enjoyed our stay😊 😄

Town centre location. Clean and tidy rooms. Room have a fridge, microwave and cutlery. Really good staff.

Walked into the room to find 2 dog beds for our boys, a doggies box with some quality sweets and chews, and 2 bowls, there was a mini Smeg fridge and a good tea/ Coffee area. The staff were amazing so friendly and Kind too.

Beautiful setting, excellent cooking. There was a wide choice of dishes in the evening and the vegetables were well cooked - al dente and not too soft. I could get soya milk for breakfast, which was good. The staff was friendly and the room spacious and immaculate. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Loved the food, service and warm welcome from all staff. We dined at the restaurant twice and the food was great. We also had the breakfasts every day - granola cup was a big favourite! Loved Room 10, very roomy ground floor, will definitely request that one again! Location is awesome, just a 10 min stroll to town. We used the laundry service once, left it with reception and it was back in our room by the end of the day. Garden area had lots of tables where you could sit for a evening drink or a morning chat.
