first of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic, it is close to the boulevard and other places located in the center of the city thus I could say it is in the heart of Batumi. The moment we stepped in nice and calm music along with a warm and modern interior caught our attention. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are well furnished, there was enough space for three people to place our belongings. The room was also clean and tidy. Breakfast offered a wide range of choice,(international and traditional foods) which was totally amazing.

Our stay in Batumi at this hotel was absolutely perfect. I spent a lot of time searching for the best hotel because many of the properties I found on booking sites did not match their descriptions or photos. Thankfully, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and professional, and everything was exactly as advertised. The location was excellent, and our entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a reliable place to stay in Batumi, I highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was above my expectations 😍 the room is spacious, super clean, comfortable, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The view is stunning. The location is walking distance to the ski resort. The owner, the receptionist, and the waiter were so kind and helpful. They welcomed us with a drink and fresh fruits. They helped us with transportation going back to Batumi. The breakfast was good.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.

A special thank you to Manager Irakli for his exceptional professionalism, kindness, and dedication. He was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. His outstanding service made a real difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. We were traveling with an infant, and the hotel made our stay comfortable in every way. The environment was family-friendly, and all our needs were met with care and understanding. We would also like to compliment the entire staff. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and eager to help whenever needed. Their friendliness and professionalism created a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you to Irakli and the whole Dreamland Oasis team for the wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I’ve been traveling to Kobuleti for several years in a row. I really like the mix of resort vibes, plenty of cafés and restaurants with good food, and the fairly clean sea. The sunsets are stunning, and the promenade is long and beautiful. Away from the center, you can find the Kobuleti wetlands – a beautiful green area with a landscape unusual for Georgia (there are ferns and white moss). It’s a bit uncomfortable to walk out of the water on the pebbles, but that’s manageable. I really love this resort!

Kvariati is a small, peaceful town (but still developing), with a small number of small shops and restaurants, where prices cannot be called low. The beach is with small pebbles, it would be good to have special beach shoes. The sea was not very calm and transparent when we were there.

If you want to get away from the crowds and noise of Batumi, this is your place. Marshrutkas/buses come by regularly to and from Batumi, but the traffic there makes the ride about 30 minutes. Both the national park and botanical gardens are in Chakvi.

Being very close to the border with Turkey, there is, unfortunately, TOO MUCH heavy truck traffic on the only highway along the beach. Be CAREFUL (walking) crossing the road to the beach! There are PLENTY of authentic Georgian restaurants serving great salads and cold beer!)))

Honestly, everything was amazing. Gorgeous views, super-comfy cottage, great service, and a lovely jacuzzi. The whole area is a photo dream, and the nature is just wow. Go once and you’ll definitely want to come back.

Your review of Khulo Khulo is one of those places where you go to disconnect and accidentally remember what quiet feels like. Surrounded by mountains and greenery, it’s less about ticking attractions and more about slowing down and taking in the views. Favorite spots Kotajvari Viewpoint in Chao is easily one of the highlights — wide, open mountain views that feel almost unreal, especially around sunset. It’s the kind of place where you just stand there longer than you planned. Where to eat Small local guesthouses are the best option. Homemade Adjarian dishes, fresh ingredients, and portions that assume you haven’t eaten in days. Simple, but seriously good. Getting around Getting around Khulo isn’t complicated, but it’s not “city easy” either. Distances are short, but roads can be winding, so having a car or arranging local transport makes everything smoother. Fun activities for solo travelers Perfect place for hiking, exploring nearby villages, and just wandering without a plan. Sitting with a coffee or a glass of wine and enjoying the mountain views counts as an activity here — and honestly, it’s one of the best ones.

Kobuleti is a truly wonderful place to visit. The town has a unique charm, with a beautiful seaside, fresh air, and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone who wants to enjoy the Black Sea coast away from the crowds. The hospitality of the locals makes the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit Kobuleti – it’s a hidden gem worth discovering!
