Weda Cita Resort was absolutely amazing! The staff were fabulous, the grounds were stunning and the suites are so beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was fantastic with great menu choices and again the staff were there to assist in every way, they were amazing! Everything about this resort was above and beyond. Housekeeping services were provided twice a day, which kept everything spotless and comfortable. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The level of hospitality is exceptional from check-in to departure, everything felt seamless and personalized. What makes this place truly special is the lush greenery that surrounds the entire resort. It has such a positive effect on your mood and makes the whole experience incredibly peaceful. The infinity pool is stunning and always calm, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view. The spa was a highlight of my stay beautifully designed, serene, and run by professional massage therapists who really know what they’re doing. It’s a perfect place for detox and unwinding. Lastly, it’s an ideal spot for families with children—quiet, safe, and filled with nature. I highly recommend Padma Ubud for anyone looking to recharge and reconnect with peace and beauty. Staff were very thoughtful they brought a small cake for my daughter first birthday, thank you so much 🙏

We, a family of 4, had a wonderful stay at the Merusaka 2 bedroom suite for five nights. Our room is spacious and well structured. Beds are super comfy. Kids enjoyed the private pool as well. There are a few swimming pools including a jump pool, all nicely maintained and super clean. The kids enjoyed daily swimming very much. There are a few restaurants with live music daily, reasonably priced with a good variety of options both local and international cuisine. We enjoyed the stroll along the road by the beach at night. Our suite comes with club benefits including complementary afternoon tea and cocktail daily, and butler service. Overall excellent services from reception to restaurant, daily housekeeping, butler services etc. Also, when we entered into the resort area, there were security guards who checked the boot of the car. It was a gated community therefore we felt very safe. We will definitely come back again.

Honestly it was so phenomenal that it is hard to describe. Everything is beautifully thought out, from the beautiful design of the buildings to the gorgeous handtowels and all with sustainability in mind. And you are in the middle of the jungle, wandering across bamboo bridges and stairs to visit the breakfast restaurant (both restaurants and the bar have excellent food and drinks, lots of vegetarian and healthy options also suitable for kids) down the river next to the amazing natural pools. We had a old javan house upstairs that overlooked the rice fields next to it. The pictures don’t do the place justice. And staff is wonderful (Devi, Meri, Indra, honestly everyone) and great with kids. They really made our stay incredible.

What did we like? Everything! This was the most enchanting place we have ever stayed, so beautiful that we were reluctant to leave our private villa to go sightseeing. loved the beds and spacious rooms. rooftop pool 👌 watching the sun setting over kuta beach with a nice 🍸. The staff were super friendly and attentive especially the management, Christian in particular. I dont think he will be around for to long as he could be pop star lol... he is a very good singer and performs in the hotel at karaoke 🎤 😀. kuta beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. shops, restaurants, massage & laundry service all outside the front door also if you like surfing 🏄‍♂️ no better location.. thanks again for everything Christian.

The location was quite good for walking around and shopping. But it's a high market area and prices are comparable to Australia. By contrast taxis are very affordable. We wanted to spend quality time with our grandson and the location was excellent. The villa was an oasis of tropical beauty and the pool quite enjoyable.

A most enjoyable place to holiday with great eating venues, shopping, beaches, people and walking options - especially after footpaths have recently been completed. Lilla Warung nearby the Family Villa was my favourite eating place with wonderful staff, menu choices and quality. Icon Bali is also close to the villa and I found it a handy refuge from the heat during walks along the beach

Very busy roads, be careful, drive slow and be very mindful. Roads are very narrow and there are lots of taxis that take up most of the road that you need to be aware of. Toot around corners and go slowly - some of the 'roads' are goat tracks that are very sandy, rocky and dangerous. Lots of great activities for ocean going - Captain Coconut is a wonderful, caring company with great boats. Rocky Bay Fast Ferries have a jetty, Tanis do have one, but only on departure when you arrive, you jump off the boat in calf deep water and they put your luggage on the beach which you have to then carry up steep steps to get to dry land.

The island is very touristy and you spend a lot of time from one tourist destination to the other. Getting to a beach where you can swim/snorkel is a little bit complicated if you don't go by scooter. The snorkeling/scuba diving trip are worth it though.
