Staying here is really value for money. Breakfast selection was great! Room was also cozy. Connecting to the internet was a breeze. I loved the patio area outside the restaurant.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious, whilst the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast choice (included in the room rate) was very good and coffee was made to order (not from a self-service machine). Equally the menu for dinner was very good, as was the speed of service. Overall, iIt provided excellent value for money, one couldn't ask for more.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and bathroom had a tub. Only 10 minutes walk from tram stop.

Man, this hostel is functioning on a different level. I loved the self-check-in area, the system that they built for that is impressive. Everything looks fresh and new, the furniture, the rooms. Our room was clean, it had 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, one with the shower. That's a smart design. The beds were so comfy, everything was clean and the room was cooled with AC working. It was the right temperature for me. The staff are amazing. They host events like Karaoke night at the hostel. The guests are diverse and fun. Also, the hostel is super close to the train station, which is again super convenient.

Convenient location to Siena. Staff were friendly.

Location was perfect considering you would travel to this place in train and for an international traveler like me with big suitcases. The facilities seemed new and well maintained.

To our surprise, the bed in our room was literally the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The room and the overall hotel premises were also exceptionally clean. Staff was really attentive and the front desk was very polite, and also gave us a very nice traditional Tuscan restaurant recommendation. Location is right next to the main attractions in Pisa. Plenty of shops and restaurants around for convenience.

The property is very near the train station. Some tourist spots are near to the property. The room was great, it’s large , clean and has nice complimentary gift for guest. The staff are friendly and nice, especially the asian woman with the eyeglasses and the bar lady Daniella. The net is working nice. Surely recommended to friends and will booked again next time.

The swings in the entrance area are a wonderful bonus. We also got a free welcome drink in the rooftop bar. Our favourite hotel in Florence.

- friendly, helpful, cheerful staff - spacious, modern room (plus ours had a nice view) - air conditioning worked great, it was very useful with summer temperatures - good water pressure in the shower - amazing breakfast, anything you could possibly ask for, vegan and gluten-free options were included - a galley on almost every floor where we could refill our bottles with cold (!) water or eventually grab coffee or tea - great common space downstairs

We appreciated our stay at the hotel, despite its distance from the city center which required taxi travel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the wine selection was exceptional. With numerous elevators, ample parking space, and a satisfactory breakfast that could benefit from more variety, the hotel provided a comfortable experience.
