The staff was great and very nice, the family mart at the bottom was super convenient, the bed was more comfortable than I imagined, the tv remote did have an option to change to English for a couple of the channels, sound proofing from the train was surprisingly good considering how close we were.

Location, central, had lots of amenities

Decently close to the station, still a bit of a walk if you have large luggage. Has all the complimentary amenities (ie toner, serum, hair pack, etc.) on 1F and I saw you could also borrow curling irons & blowdryer there as well.

+ the hotel/room/bathroom looked new + good location (a couple of minutes on foot from/to Sendai station) + great gyutan restaurant called Tsukasa around the corner + shower and wifi worked well + value-for-money

The spring looks awesome with high privacy and the free half size soba was great too. The staff was so helpful and heart warming and the room was soooooo comfortable with the design.

It is very convenient because the location is close to Shinkansen station. There are also variety of restaurants and shopping malls nearby.

Everything is nearby. The station, a convenience store, the big long strip mall. It's very convenient. Rooms are clean and on the smaller side. Don't forget about the amenities on the first floor in front of the elevator.

Everything: location, cleanliness, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. A big shout out to the laundry department, our clothes came back folded, individually wrapped in plastics and beautifully presented. Thank you!!

Great hotel. Everything was clean, rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. The paid breakfast was delicious. Perfect position, near railway stations and right in front of a bus stop.

Close to Sendai station other market

The rest place by the lobby is a big plus after a day of work.

All staff were friendly, helpful and supportive of my stay in Sendai. Comfortable room with good size bed and well thought out layout. Of note, the air-con was noise free. The breakfast menu had a good variety of mostly Japanese foods - very tasty! I found the location to be handy too.
