I liked the self-checkin/checkout process. The mango treats were such a bonus and the kids were delighted! Very spacious room easily and comfortably accommodated our family of 6 and everything was very clean.

Huge rooms. Beautiful views. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel is located on the main street, within walking distance to shopping areas and many restaurants. It is a bit far from the Miyazaki station, but still walkable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was 1,100 yen per night.

Great location, closest to restaurants and shopping centers. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Bedsheets are clean and high quality. There is really nothing that I can comment against.

Super place to stay. Not your typical Holiday Inn. We think this is the best place to stay in Miyazaki, which is actually in Aoshima, or right next to it, and I think much better place to stay than the huge city of Miyazaki proper. The Ana hotel is right on the ocean with a great walk through the ocean park along the beach to the Island of Aoshima with a beautiful shrine and walk around the island. Check out the nearby Boranical Gardens. Watched dozens of surfers each morning out in the big surf from our 7th floor room. Spectacular views. Room was big and very comfortable. Furniture was in good condition, appropriately a bit older style to match the decor off the hotel. Well-kept and extensive fountain and garden grounds outside the hotel. Staff is great, with some good English speakers. They have accurate bus connection information (stops right at the hotel). Eat tasty fresh oysters you grill at your table at the Fisherman's Coop in town. Food delivered to your table by robot! Several food trucks near the beach. Also a restaurant by the beach public foot bath will cook seafood for you in natural hot water. Perfect!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and very spacious and comfortable rooms! We also really loved the soaps and hair products provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was great and the dining room was spacious and had great views.

Location. So convenient to the station. And about a 5-10 min walk to Aeon Mall. Also friendly, helpful staff. I don’t know if they speak any English because I speak Japanese so language wasn’t a problem for me.

Comfortable bed and super close to train/bus station. 2 min walk. Friendly front desk staff. It’s great for what it is. A transit hotel to stay a night or two while traveling.

We were on a road trip visiting the entire Kyushu Island, and we started from Kagoshima. This hotel was our second stop after much driving and site seeing. Quiet location up the hill and amongst residential houses. Sufficient parking as well. Good sizable rooms too. The rooms that we had were tatami typed with only toilets but no bath. Hence for bath and showers it was "public bath" that includes onsen. Pretty good onsen - both indoor and outdoor. During the period we were there hotel appeared to be pretty occupied with guests but as we wander about the property we don't find many people around and about, and definitely the public bath and onsen were not crowded at all. Only noted the crowd, but that too not extremely crowded, during morning breakfast. Good thing is they segregate breakfast timing to avoid overly crowded in the dinning hall. Breakfast options were with acceptable spread with offers of options able to cater to most palate.

Very close to JR station, convenient for travelers who are using public transit to reach other parts of Miyazaki. Great buffet breakfast.
