Nice place, facility, got free private onsen for 1 time. Access very near to gondola hirafu. Friendly staff and got a ride to bus stop.

This luxurious hotel features a fitness center and 6 dining options. Everything was soooo amazing ….. we travel the world non stop and this place was so amazing I would recommend to everyone…. It has everything anyone could ask for. Not only was the hotel awesome but so was the staff , location and anything to do with this location is absolutely amazing and a must see and stay place during your lifetime.

Ski equipment rentals can be arranged on site, and free ski storage is available. There were no taxis available as we were leaving. A member of the front desk drove us to the train station. That saved us making our train to Hakodate.
