Tivat is a perfect location for getting away from it all.
Tivat is a perfect location for getting away from it all. Close enough to leisurely walk to Porto Montenegro and all the restaurants and posh shops but far enough away to have some relaxing quiet time. Emil sorted all our taxi needs to Kotor and Budva so we were never stranded anywhere. And it’s beautiful. The views from our villa were gorgeous.Guest review byDebbyUnited Kingdom - Review score

A scenic place, some places for sightseeing and hiking are close or reachable by car or taxi. The place is not overcrowded and beaches less busy than in Tivat and Kotor. I would recommend to those willing to be outside the crowds.Guest review byIrinaLatvia - Review score
Tivat was truly amazing, not what I was expecting at all.
Tivat was truly amazing, not what I was expecting at all. The harbour area and all around that part of the marina was beautiful, we ate in some lovely places and enjoyed drinks along the harbour looking at some amazing yachts! Service was also excellent! We also took a visit to Kotor and Budva both areas had so much history, so lovely to explore more of the country. Overall, I would use Tivat as a base because it’s really not to be missed. I would recommend renting a car as it’s easier to get around especially if travelling to Kotor or Budva as taxis can be expensive.Guest review byDonnaIreland - Review score

A very small and pleasant town. It's nice to walk. Everything is nearby. A fish and meat restaurant is a two-minute walk away. If you want to see the country, you should rent a car. The roads are so-so. But you can drive.Guest review byEugeneIsrael
