She makes or bakes almost every breakfast item from scratch which was very special. We also at dinner at their restaurant and highly recommend - it was a truly lovely evening.

Ola is the owner and an excellent host. He shared some hiking info that made this trip special. We also enjoyed two excellent and tasty three course dinners on two nights of our four night stay. The views out the lobby windows look out onto a lake and surrounding hills and mountains. The lobby has comfy seating and tables for relaxing and game playing, with access to drinks.
Fjelle means mountain and Stue means view. A great name for this property.

Amazing place in amazing location! Really unusual with "ski lodge" feel. Modern rooms with spartan, Scandinavian feel. Really cool lobby area where many guests sitting, reading, texting, having a beer or glass of wine. Great hiking nearby and stunning scenery. Excellent restaurant. Really enjoyed my stay.

It was clean and located well for our purposes. It had laundry facilities. The hotel restaurant was excellent! We got their lamb special for the evening and it was delicious, tender, and a very large portion. The staff was very helpful and even carried our heavy suitcases up the steps.

This is a great location.
This is a great location. We were there in May and it was very quiet. I imagine it would be quite busy in the summer. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our questions. I would not hesitate to return and I hope I can someday!

The location was excellent and very convenient.
The location was excellent and very convenient. The apartment was clean and well maintained, with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free, which was a big plus. The sauna was a really nice bonus and added to the comfort of the stay. The apartment was well equipped with useful accessories, and communication with the owner was smooth, quick, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

We drove along the bottom road and then hiked to the Feigefossen waterfall. We'll worth it, walking boots are required as rocky and uneven path.
The supermarket is easily walked to, Mango IPA, a real treat for my partner, not had previously and apparently delicious 😋

I went to Norway to enjoy nature in all its manifestations - I fulfilled it! Rich forests, beautiful waterfalls, tourist centers with information, snow-capped mountains in all seasons are within a day's drive.

Beautiful location and stunning view. Good kitchen facilities and barbecue. Well furnished. Gorgeous garden and green house. Lovely hosts.
Pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer. The showers flooding the shower room was annoying. Not much hot water.
But overall, a lovely stay. We would stay again.
