Overlooking Hokianga Harbour at Omapere, The Sands Hotel Hokianga is a pretty 4-star hotel offering spacious accommodation in a lovely location. Estaba muy bien ubicado para poder visitar todas las atracciones turísticas de la zona, además el personal de la cocina fue muy comprensivo cuando les hablé de mi alergia alimentaria.

Bruce and Teresa are the loveliest and welcoming people. As soon as we arrived Bruce gave us a tour to show us around and it was lovely chatting with both of them. It’s a really small but beautiful place with lots of flowers and plants. There are two bathrooms in a cabin and they are spotless clean. In the kitchen cabin there are also board games and magazines if interested. Because you are outside of the city you can see the night sky pretty well and do some stargazing.

Beautiful building, view and location and the kitchen is top notch. They offer health and rejuvenation services, but you can stay there as a regular guest as well. I loved the drive down here, with the ferry, from KariKari.

This is a lovely period house that has been reolcated up onto the hill, the views are stunning. The meals we had were all great, simple wholesome food but prepeared well and served in a lovely dining room. lovely quiet spot and we enjoyed ending the day with a relaxing sit on the veranda and a good book.

The Chapel - Kohukohu es un alojamiento con wifi gratis y vistas al río que se encuentra en Kohukohu. Esta villa tiene jardín y parking privado gratis. Absolutely gorgeous place. Totally unique . Super clean and tidy. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Even made us a delicious carrot cake (thanks Bart!!!).
