Pretty little city or big town with a wonderful arr museum. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants and many of the younger staff speak some English. Not a hotspot for shopping. But with a fantastic history as the capital of Bukovina, Chernivtsi is well worth a visit.

I loved this place so much, I am going right back. The compound is quaint, reminds me of an alpine village. It's a little outside of town, but still the town is accessible. In fact, the mall is very near. The staff are extremely friendly. The woman who works the front desk is my new favorite person in the world. Some of the wait staff are from Nepal, and I enjoyed talking to them about my time there.

Good location 10 minutes away from city center ,good food, varied menu, staff very friendly and accommodating English-speaking family special mention to Lorena , good size pool, if you are planning to use steam room or sauna make sure you ask reception to turn it on 15-20 minutes in advance as it takes a while to heat up. Rooms are spacious the hotel makes a good base for a few days away in the mountains

The Mill is a great place to spend a couple of days or even a week. Its location in Bucovina is excellent (you get easily to the main attractions in the area, but you'll need a car), the staff was spotless (got my coffee at 6 o'clock in the morning, for instance), the rooms comfy and there's a garden where we actually spent most of our time while being there. Great food too. If we get back to Bucovina, we'll definitely search no further.
