Facing the beachfront, Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak offers 5-star accommodation in Khao Lak and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. We absolutely loved this hotel! It is a beautiful facility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the spa. We enjoyed our experience so much that we both went back for a second treatment! We also really enjoyed the live entertainment that we were able to observe one evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and our favourite stay during our trip to Thailand. And this was despite an overbooking and maintenance issue and being asked to give up our room with private pool access early, which the staff handled very well and compensated us generously for.

Set in the middle of Khao Lak, this is a wonderful boutique hotel. The family that runs it is very friendly, and can answer any questions. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Set within a 15-minute walk from Khukkhak Beach, The Retreat Khaolak Resort - SHA Extra Plus offers modern rooms with balcony and free WiFi. 3 nights, and we had to move to other property, as they were booked. We desire to be back. Large rooms, clean, modern style bathroom, teapot, fridge, toiletries, daily service. Only 12 rooms, all which open to a pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was great and slight changes daily. Mr ‘Up’ and staff were always present and helpful - free bikes, motorbike rental, advice, organized taxi transport and even delivered us to our second location for free. Community of guest were more mature, quiet and pleasant to get to know

Situated in a peaceful area on Khao Lak South Beach, MJ Boutique Hotel Khao Lak is just a 100 metre from the beach. The property offers accommodation the on-site restaurant. My stay at MJ boutique hotel in a Seaview room was exceptional. The views were breathtaking, making every moment in the room a delight. The cleanliness and decor of the room provided a perfect. What truly made my visit memorable was the warmth of the hotel staff. They were attentive and genuinely caring.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Casacool Hotel is set in Khao Lak and is 700 metres from Tsunami Memorial - Rue Tor 813. The woman who owns the hotel, Kai, is a very special lady. We arrived early for our check in. She quickly cleaned our room and in the meantime offered us a beautiful breakfast. Later that day she gave us a ride to a remote beach and even came to pick us up when it started to rain. She helped us book a trip to Similan islands in a good price. The hotel is in a great location, near the market and many restaurants and bars. Also close to a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. We would love to come back. We would like to also recommend a family owned restaurant called Aun Aun which is just down the street from the hotel (recommended to us by Kai). Amazing food, very cheap prices and such a wonderful service.

Bania Boutique House in Khao Lak provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. A Very nice and new place with a very tasteful design in our eyes. Very clean and friendly staff that immediately solves any issues we had, like the clogged drain in the shower. I’ve just mentioned it ones and 30 minutes later everything was well done! Absolutely worth it to stay!!!

Located in Khao Lak, a few steps from Nang Thong Beach, The Little Shore Khao Lak by Katathani provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Shore Khao Lak. The resort is brand-new, so everything was very clean and sparkling. The staff was very professional and helpful as well. The room was spacious with lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was served as a buffet with many choices and it was all very delicious. And you can't beat a view of the ocean as you enjoy the food! The hotel also has a fabulous Thai restaurant called Param Para where we had dinner. Every dish at Param Para is beautifully presented and is based on a story from Thai mythology. When each dish is delivered to the table, the restaurant staff tells the story behind the dish. We learned a lot about Thai culture that night!
