I always read hotel reviews. This hotel exceeded them! Friendly staff, very comfortable, fabulous breakfast choice, every where clean including the well kept gardens and the pool area. Staff obviously take pride in working here. Area was safe and quiet with easy access to shops, cinema n food all in walking distance. The hotel also offered free food n drink social meets 3 days a week. We will definitely be staying here for our future trips to Arizona! Thank you to all the staff who work here

A freshly remodeled hotel adjacent to the 40. The room was super clean, bed was amazingly comfy, and the workout room (which is important to me) had everything I needed (and a bit more.) Professional staff that was super helpful and found ways to make my stay great. There's even a sidewalk that gets you onto the "Arizona Trail"-a sidewalk trail towards town. Best Hotel coffee maker in the lobby for my AM cup. (Hotel is close to the 40 but I did NOT hear it.)

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Hacienda Hotel in Yuma, Arizona I have been staying there since 2019 until 2025 with the exception of the Covid closure. Quiet,I do travel solo, so I like pulling up in front of the hotel door. It is family maintained, so they do know me when I stay as a customer. I will return to this hotel on my next visit as I feel comfortable, safe, good location to my favorite Asian Bistro restaurant ,an excellent breakfast location!

The hotel's proximity to Northern Arizona University was excellent for me as I was attending a week-long conference at the university. Their outdoor seating area with the firepit was very nicely done and given that Flagstaff has its own climate, different from the heat of the rest of Arizona, was very comfortable. I ate at the bistro four times, twice for breakfast and twice for dinner apps. Everything I had was good, but I wouldn't have minded more choices.

This was our first night in Arizona (from England). We loved it, after a long journey the view was restful, there are multiple pools so you can watch the sun set and rise from the water. If feels like the hotel has thought of everything, there's different spaces to relax in, food can be ordered almost anywhere. The staff were really friendly - gave great tips on what to do locally as we sat enjoying cocktails listening to live music. Would stay again and again.

Second visit to this hotel and the experience was even better than the first time. It's the best location of any hotel, best environment beautiful grounds and old trees and plants throughout the property, the grounds are meticulously cared for, but not like a modern hotel this one has charm and character. There is not a better hotel in Arizona and I've stayed at quite a few, it's a must visit.

Historic location, perfectly situated between California and Arizona . Beautiful Brand New Hotel. Staff friendly and easy going. Having a full size refrigerator, microwave and mini kitchen helped us eat healthy. Pool, restaurant and boat launch right outside your door. The Topock Bridge and trains were actually soothing and was part of the reason we chose this spot! We will definitely be back soon!

We love the location, right in the heart of downtown but surprisingly quiet once you get inside the hotel and in your room. Clean and comfortable and would stay here again on our next Arizona adventure (we will be back in the fall for sure). We didnt get to finish our list of hikes because we got sick on our way back to Flagstaff from the Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico.

Location and price were the key factors for us; we visited to the Grand Canyon early the next day. that said, we loved the style of the Hotel, which fitted well in this Arizona town. An experience we will never forget. We arrived late, so we were grateful for the clear instructions to get into our room, which was nice and warm.

We were down there to attend an Arizona Diamondbacks game and the hotel is right down the road from the field. Which was perfect for avoiding traffic and not having to travel too far to our room. The staff was very kind, helpful, and the valet crew was great! Took very good care of our vehicle. Room was beyond our expectations!

The pool area connected to the hotel is really nice, and even though its just by a bigger road, you cant really tell. All the staff i met was wonderful. On the weekends they also open a rooftop bar that was really nice. Also they have a popsicle bar thats very cute and nice in the Arizona heat !

Water amenities and slides...I thought it was way overpriced...$600/ night plus parking fee Should not charge for parking with all the space you have there I think this is very greedy on hotels owners to charge $600 a night in Arizona or other great brands of hotels are charging $200 a night

The location was great, and the staff was nice. Our villa was excellent. We felt like home. Not no ordinary "hotel". All the amenities you can ask for , the place was clean. Kids enjoyed, and so did we. Definitely, if we come back to Sedona,Arizona, we are staying here for sure.

Nice cold pool lol. The area around the pool was very nice. Lots of students due to ASU. Locating fob was no problem. Washer and dryer were really large. Location great streetcar right outside. Lots of nice restaurants. Bed was comfortable. The Arizona room on the 9th floor was great.

Hotel is located near grills and bars. Its just around 10 USD by Uber to Arizona Mills and another 10 mins to the premium outlets. It's better to have the breakfast option cos you can choose anything from the breakfast menu. Weekend brekky is amazing - don't miss it!

Very polite and helpful hotel staff, spacious and clean room, small but very comfortable balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and desert surrounding the hotel, clean and well-appointed hotel pool, the character of Arizona reflected in every piece of this facility

The hotel was really clean and pretty, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, the beds were really comfortable and the personnel was really kind. Even though the hotel was a little far a way from Phoenix, we were able to get to know it and how breathtaking Arizona is.

Everything , I can not express enough the hospitality, the cleanliness, the grounds everything was fantastic! I was coming off a 3 week vacation and stayed at a lot of hotels/resorts in Arizona as we saw the whole state and this by far was the best !’

Only having briefly visited Scottsdale on a previous visit Arizona, we wanted to return and see what the area was actually like. We were not disappointed, the hotel was incredible, from check in, to the roof top pool the entire stay was magnificent.

The motel is centrally located in the downtown shopping / tourist district! We walked to shops and restaurants sites. William is by far the best town on the historic Route 66 and the 9 Arizona Motor Hotel is the best located hotel in the town!
