Would absolutely recommend the Surfjack and would absolutely go back. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location, beach close, one block to all the action on the main strip of Waikiki, best value two bedroom apartment that we could find - very spacious room and really lovely decor, great pool - deep and just the right temperature, awesome vibe around the pool with great music from 6 - 9 - delicious food - we ate dinner there every night - venturing out and then returning two nights - it’s like the best kept secret in Waikiki! We had an unfortunate incident with some unruly guests and the staff were absolutely awesome got straight onto it (removed them from the hotel) and gave us a complimentary night - well above and beyond what we expected and awesome customer service. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The price is super low, the rooms are spacious, the staff above and beyond friendly, everything was great. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling with kids or a group, or have an extended stay. Our room had a full kitchen with cookware, even a rice cooker! Full size fridge, all of the amenities one could want. The dining area was large, and the view from the balcony was amazing! The pool floor is very fun, with a clean pool and two jacuzzis, even a playground area for little kids and lots of bbq grills to use. This is a no-frills place that still keeps a nice level of comfort. I now highly recommend staying here, and we will be back! 😊

I really like the location because it is closer to Walmart, Sam's Club, and especially the Alamoana Center Mall. Walking is my favorite thing to do every day and this is very helpful for me. The hotel is located in the center of the city where it is very unique for any tourist to visit.

The hotel is near to Waikiki Beach and Honolulu Zoo. The room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. The valet parking is also good value for money and convenient since the Hawai'i parking charges are expensive (1 day is around $47 for 24hours). There is regular housekeeping daily.

Love the Hotel the area the service ! This is old Hawaii ! And we love it ! Authentic Hawaiian Service that you do not find anywhere else anymore! The real Aloha Spirit ! The place to be !

The Imperial is in an excellent location - close to the beaches, restaurants, and buses. The hotel has great facilities and the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We stayed on the 11th floor with an amazing view. The hotel was in a great location. Great staff and extremely clean room. The balcony was refreshing and great to step out on.

Friendly customer service and a true aloha vibe. We were also close to local areas and could escape the Waikiki strip for some autentic Hawaiian food.

Early flight so arrived at the hotel about 11am - they provided a nice space to relax and change while waiting for the room.
