This Prescott hotel is located adjacent to Prescott Gateway Mall and is 6 minutes’ walk to the end of Prescott National Forest. It features an indoor pool and spacious rooms with free WiFi. VERY clean and new. Staff was extremely helpful. Offered complimentary shaving cream when she overheard us talking about buying shaving cream. Ours was confiscated at the airport, too big as a carry on. Warm cookies greeted us when we checked in. Once again, staff pointed us to the cookies. She was so kind and helpful. Please extend our sincere thanks. We are staying at another Holiday Inn as I respond to this survey at Holiday Inn Express Sedona Oak Creek. The check in was not pleasant at all. He was not very friendly.

Everything..... The breakfast is excellent The staff, location.....the pool.... Every time is a real pleasure to stay there.....
