Beachfront property with very short path to beach: some units have beach view; comfy seating area overlooking beach. This is an older establishment but still very comfortable at extremely reasonable price.

Each condo was different but extremely clean and well equipped. loved every minute of our time I dealt with Zareh he was extremely professional and answered every question within minutes. Almost everything! Classic Florida hotel with character and charm. Very clean, spacious room with amenities and a beautiful view. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Newly discovered to my family, great lively area. Can find many things around, and places to eat. Publix also within distance. Beach is nice, clean waters, although waves. Close drive to the port, if taking a cruise or coming back from one. Not too far, 45-60min drive to Orlando airport (depending on traffic) Really enjoyed this stay.

I liked how clean and well maintained the property was and its location on the water. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee was great; they grind the beans before preparing the brew, which is a nice touch. The hot breakfast was good.

The front staff were awesome.

The front staff were awesome. They were very helpful and accommodating in every way. We were new to the area and they told us how to get around the area and gave us a list of restaurants in the area. Our only issue was that the breakfast room was very congested in the morning and they were a little slow at putting out more food as it ran out and we still had an hour and a half before breakfast time ended. The room was very clean and bright. All in all it was a good experience and we would happily come back again.

If you love Mexican food, visit El Leoncito in Titusville. Some of the best Mexican food you can get! If you want Italian food or pizza, visit Humpavelli's Pizza or Kelsey's Pizzeria in either Titusville or Post St John's. Remember to visit NASA or drive by and view SpaceX or Blue Origin areas. Titusville is a wonderful place, it's beautiful there.

Nothing was good. Don't go here . You don't get what you paid for! Paint peeling, stains on white bedspread, light fixture hanging off wall, filthy bathroom floor, and toilet seat only attached with one bolt.

Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

We played golf while we were in Palm Bay.

We played golf while we were in Palm Bay. There are many affordable courses in the area. We enjoyed fresh seafood. We went to the beach which is nearby and enjoyed a day beachside. Boat rental and jet ski rental is available at reasonable prices.

Nicely remodeled one bedroom place.

Nicely remodeled one bedroom place. It's located on the upper lever of a condo looking place. Easy access to the parking spot and beautiful landscaped outside seating and entrance. The floor plan was a nice open contemporary atmosphere and each room was welcoming. The only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the bedroom so that I could have placed my shorts and shirts in a drawer instead of having them on the chair or the need to live out of my suit case while staying there. But I would definitely stay there again!

Very interesting part of the Space Coast.

Very interesting part of the Space Coast. A little off the beaten path but still accessible to many attractions. Lots of dining options and outdoor activities to choose from. The beach are is Old Florida in the best of ways. Interesting mix of cuisines and local bars, some right on the beach.
