Room was ginormous and really clean. As we arrived late from Sydney, location was easy to get to with a cab from the airport, close to the water and convenient for the ferry to catch the next morning.

The hotel was very nice, worked well for our family with small kids. The kids club was great (Thank you Unik, Asih, Lasmi and Linda! ), especially the sand pit playtime during breakfast (and relaxing morning coffee for parents). The staff was superfriendly, eg Rani at breakfast and during lunch the waiter (too bad I can't recall his name) made origami for the kids. I definitely recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed my time and I used to visit this place since it was with Fairmont! The service still professional also the food quality and presentation is spectacular. It worth mentioning the staff are extremely friendly especially the chef Mohammed in Pier Eight Bali restaurant and Yanti the waitress, they are very hospitalize and we keep coming to the restaurant because of them and the delicious food. However, the suites and villas are luxury. Definitely when I visit Bali this place is my number one due to the perfect location in Sanus where you can have a safe bike riding experience

The beds are very comfortable, a dip in the pool was lovely. Wifi is good. The beach is a short walk away and there is plenty to do. We enjoyed the beach resorts and the windsurfing. Everybody is really kind and the food is great! Nusa gives wonderful massages. I definitely recommend that! Communication was easy, Yanma is very helpful. Overal we really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend it!

The room were very clean. For a family it is truly an ideal configuration as the kids were sleeping on the first floor bedroom and we were on the ground-floor one. But as you have a private mini garden (that you can lock with a private entrance) we truly felt safe to let our kids in the other room. Sanur is as well very family friendly.
