It is a relative new establishment. The location, ambience, cleanliness, hospitality and behavior of all staff deserves special mention. The indoor games facilities, adventure games and spa facilities were all excellent. All the staff were very supportive and friendly displaying pleasant attitude. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Food- All the meals were amazing and curated to suit the taste buds of the guests. Staff- Amazing staff. Everything happens behind the scene. Anish (caretaker) and Arun (waiter/help) were just amazing. view- stunning views.

It's literally a paradise in the wild middle of Kerala's mountains. The staff is way above the average, kind, resolutive. The private pool could be a bit cleaner, but it's hard surrounded by trees, not a problem, very enjoyable (the pool is warm so even in cold weather can be used).

Elephant park is right along with the resort and kids and adults can very closely spend time elephants. Bathing and ride elephants was an excellent experience. Rooms are very spacious and home like feeling. Ideal for family and friends group.
