What an Oasis - only 4 villas and so quiet. Very attentive staff with free Tuk Tuk ride to the beach. Beautiful swimming pool and lovely comfy beds - wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more so cant comment on that but we took the Tuk Tuk to the beach and then walked back and it was an easy walk.

Fabulously relaxing, very clean, service exceptional, very comfortable, food really good, beach close by but not needed as pool luxurious. A balm to the physical and mental health. Wild life all around but not intrusive. Gardens are a paradise in this magical country. Wish we had found this haven years ago. We can't wait to come back. Many thanks to Mr Walter our host.

Very nice, cosy and calm place. you will get a great view over the Bentota River for time of your breakfast and great service of the local staff. This is especially good for family with kids (like us, we are five )because these are two separate bungalows with a nice garden.

Location is awesome. First time the ground balcony touching the pool. The lagoon is 3 feet from the pool. Good breakfast unlimited Indian food. Boating starts from the accommodation itself. One hour boatingfor $40 that too a 6 seater motor boat showing lot of water birds and animals. The whole family enjoyed.

Generally, I loved everything. Perfect location. The staff is very polite friendly and helpful. They try to solve all your problems as quickly as possible. People really work. The hotel is very cozy, quiet with a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent cuisine both in the main restaurant and in the Olive pool bar. All top class chefs. The buffet menu is extremely varied and sophisticated. They harmoniously combine dishes of national and European cuisine. Special thanks to Ganushka, one of the Kitchen manager. Lunches and dinners were held with excellent live music performed by professional musicians. Every day live music in thу lobby. Large and always clean pool. A clean, uncrowded beach within minutes' reach. Special thanks to our curator Chamodi for her professionalism and prompt resolution of all emerging issues.

Food was amazing, room was amazing! Such a beautiful hotel, our favourite in Sri Lanka! The kids club took care of our 1 year old at no extra charge, she loved it and we were able to go and do some water sports whilst she played there. Highly recommend.

Overall they have great facilities, but population is mostly tour operators / large groups. Great sunset on the beach.

The property is large enough that you don’t realise how many people are there - until you queue for ice cream of course! We only stayed for 2 nights to end our tour and it was nice to end in clean luxury. We didn’t visit the beach but it looked nice. Swimming pools were big and enough space to enjoy family time. Adults only pool was also nice with the swim up bar. Good food spread, particularly the fresh fish/meat on offer at every meal.
