The room was perfect with a wonderful view over the lake. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and large. It was the perfect base for my short stay. I'd return in a nanosecond!

The view from the room was incredible! I laid in the bed and I could see the mountains and the lake. Beautiful! The hotel is on Fernhill, silent place, and 30 mins walk from the centre. The staff was helpful. There is guest laundry opportunity for 10 NZD. That worked perfectly.

There was a beautiful 2 km path around the lake into Queenstown village. The resort also had organised a shuttle in / out of town . Excellent service.
