We arrived mid-afternoon, hungry and wet from rain. They arranged a special lunch for us even though the dining room was closed. It was the best focaccia ever, fresh and delicious. I really can’t describe how fantastic the staff was, they went above and beyond at all times. My only regret is that we were only there for one night. There was a wedding that evening and we were treated to a lovely fireworks show over the waterfall. It really is a special place. Clean and very comfortable. The Naples airport was easy to get to. Lovely place that I highly recommend!

The place is very very beautiful. The location, view and the room itself. It is not in the city itself but there is very comfortable-with personal shuttle servise. We were off season so they could be flexible and the shuttle was the time we wanted. They offered it also to capri ferry port. The most important thing is the very nice kind and helpful stuff: the amazing reception women the owner, the lovely manager, driver, waitress cleaning lady. The breakfast was very good .
