Immerso in uliveti e agrumeti, a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sorrento, il Relais Palazzo del Barone offre una piscina stagionale all’aperto, un giardino e un bar. We stayed at the Palazzo del Barone for our honeymoon for 2 nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer! Prior to our stay here we were in Amalfi, and so this was a very nice change from the busy tourist location we had stayed in. The resort is located in Priora, which is a 30-35 minute walk from the town of Sorrento (there is a shortcut path through the lemon groves - we absolutely loved taking this path). There is a shuttle service that runs every hour so we would usually take the shuttle from Sorrento back to the resort so that we didn't have to walk up hill! The shuttle driver was always on time and very flexible. We loved how we had our own privacy at the resort, yet the staff was always available when needed. Lucy was great!! She really made our stay! Palazzo del Barone is a quaint resort with only six rooms but that is why we loved it so much. Each room is uniquely decorated. Ours had not 1 but 2 balconies, both of which had an incredible view. We loved sitting out at night overlooking the pool and sea. The room was quite big, had a mini fridge, included all of the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, etc), and the bed was very comfy - we had our best sleeps here! Breakfast was AMAZING - very fresh with tons of options to choose from. We loved the omelettes and the nutella pancakes. The chef is excellent! We didn't have time to do a cooking class but would love to book one in the future as we heard amazing things. Thank you for making our honeymoon so memorable! We look forward to coming back in the future!
