Nossa estadia foi excepcional, acima da expectativa. Tudo, desde a recepção no hotel até o check-out, estava excelente. A qualidade em geral do hotel é dentro do que se espera em um resort desse nível, porém a atenção aos detalhes, as artes, a iluminação em todos ambientes, o cuidado e atenção no atendimento etc elevaram nossa estadia à outro patamar. Alimentação superou as expectativas também, em especial o café da manhã no kibi-kibi,

Uma experiência absolutamente indescritível! Férias inesquecíveis! O tratamento que o hóspede recebe neste hotel é inigualável e torna as férias de qualquer pessoa, casal ou família excecionais. A repetir sem dúvida. Recomendo vivamente. Relativamente aos restaurantes, destacam-se o Bikini Azul, o Takeshi e o El Suspiro.

The facility is really nice and cozy. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious with beautiful ocean views, and the staff is really friendly and always ready to offer any service you want. There is a wide choice of pools with bar service and accessible restaurants. Unlimited food and drinks at all hours.

The attention to detail was fantastic. Customer service was excellent and the food was amazingly delicious and has a huge variety. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

It was so clean and although the housekeepers were on top of everything, they were never in your way. The staff onsite make you feel like royalty. Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.
