Set on a large country estate with sweeping gardens and panoramic views of the Wairarapa wine-growing region, Parehua Resort features an open-air bar and fine dining restaurant. Beautiful location and extremely comfortable rooms. We got a free upgrade to the Lakeside room, which was spacious, welcoming and well fitted out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us out with any questions or requests we had. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a range of options. We also greatly enjoyed the (not included) dinner at the adjoining York Bistro.

Featuring free access to a fitness centre and indoor heated lap pool, Brackenridge is set on 14 acres of farmland within 5 minutes’ drive of Martinborough town centre. We got married here 3 years ago so coming back is always special. We love that it’s family friendly too.
