Set in Panglao, Villa Formosa Panglao has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. I recently visited Villa Formosa Hotel on Bohol Island in the Philippines and I'd like to share my wonderful experience. I particularly want to highlight the hotel staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a feeling as if we were in our second home. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and surrounded by a lovely garden, with a fantastic pool. The restaurant offered excellent food, comparable to that of a good European restaurant. Additionally, the staff took care to ensure that during our longer stay, breakfast wouldn't become monotonous, and they were ready to offer variations from the usual menu. Overall, the time spent at Villa Formosa Hotel was extremely enjoyable, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy retreat on Bohol Island. A big thank you to the entire team for this memorable experience!

There is customer service and then there is Philipino customer service which is on a whole other level. The staff at Ohana treated my family soo wonderfully, I cannot reccomend this place highly enough. We are a family with young kids who love exploring countries and places. Ohana is located minutes from the airport in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel arranged pick up which was on time. The room and bathroom are generously sized with a powerful air condition. They offer tours and meals. We like to have a flexible itinerary especially with kids so we did not do set group tours rather we opted for a driver that would tailor an itinerary to our likeness and it could be private and go at our pace. Alona beach is about 7 minutes away and Ohana have a shuttle that takes you to and from. Alona is a very busy and vibesy area with loads of restaurants, supermarkets and atms etc. There is a an atm located just at the end of the road from Ohana. I have to admit Alona never interested me, instead I found Ohana an excellent base for really exploring the island. We were there 3 days. We visited twin falls and dam agan falls the first day. Beautiful drive in lush countryside. Both falls easily accessible with young children and 2 guides who played with them. 2nd day we visited Anda, Candijay and the Can Unmantad waterfalls and rice terraces. Although about 2 to 3 hours driving, it was extremely scenic and we stopped off at little bakeries and coffee shops along the way. Last day we did the famous chocolate hills on atv, visited the tarsiers, loboc small boat tour. Every single activity loved by the kids. They could not wait to return to Ohana to get in the pool though. We only had dinner one day at Ohana as every day the kids wanted Jolibees which was in Alona main town. The food at Ohana was extremely good, hot fresh and very tasty. Breakfast was not included as part of the room booking but again it was available if you wanted to purchase.

Situato a Panglao, a 1,9 km dalla spiaggia di Momo, il PANGLAO SEA RESORT - TANGNAN offre un ristorante, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un bar e un giardino. L'hotel, si trova in una posizione tranquilla, lontano da Alona beach, di fronte ad un magnifico reef dove fare snorkeling. Unica pecca, se si alza il vento non essendo ridossato il mare diventa inaccessibile. Bella piscina, ottima la qualità del ristorante. Piatti europei ben preparati e con ottimi ingredienti anche se molto lenta la preparazione. Serve la macchina per andare in giro per l'isola. Stanza molto grande, letto king size con Ottimo materasso e cuscini con grande terrazzo coperto e tutto pulitissimo, personale sempre gentile e cordiale e super disponibile. Se cercate un posto tranquillo, questo fa per voi. In ultimo, i tramonti sono spettacolari visto da qui.

Situato a Panglao, a 2,3 km dalla spiaggia bianca di Libaong, il Modala Beach Resort offre un ristorante, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una piscina all'aperto e un centro fitness. Struttura e Camera bellissime. Spiaggia privata dove puoi fare direttamente Snorkeling con la possibilità di vedere tartarughe e bellissimi pesci. La cucina è FANTASTICA! Tutti i piatti davvero buonissimi. Ci hanno supportato per le escursioni. ALEX THE GREAT

Situato a Panglao, a 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Doljo, il resort North Zen Villas offre un ristorante, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino, una terrazza, una piscina all’aperto, una reception... Bellissima struttura, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, letto comodissimo e servizio gratuito di scelta cuscini :) Il personale è stato sempre molto cortese e disponibile. Ottimo e puntuale il servizio in camera. Il resort non ha una spiaggia privata ma offre ai suoi ospiti l'accesso gratuito alla spiaggia del South Palm Beach Resort. Il transfer da e per il South Palm è invece a pagamento. Bellissimo anche il bamboo walk, un ponte in bamboo che si affaccia sull'oceano e che permette di godere di un tramonto mozzafiato sorseggiando un buon cocktail presso il Nest Bar.

Situato a Panglao, vicino a varie attrazioni come la spiaggia di Danao e a 800 metri dalla spiaggia di Alona, l’Island World Panglao offre una piscina all'aperto e camere dotate di terrazza con vista... pools were great, staff amazing, fantastic breakfast for 150ph, rooms were very very large!

Situato a Panglao, l'HIGALA Resort offre una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, un bar e un salone in comune. Very nice and friendly owner Peter. This is one of the few places where you feel at home! The room is very large with air conditioning and fan. There is a table for work. The area is quiet and very well sound insulated. You can rent a scooter at a good price from the owner. And the Doberman Niro is just an incredibly smart and kind dog!
