Check in was very welcoming indeed! We were upgraded as the first guests of the season. The view from both rooms was brilliant. Decor was just as the pictures describe the rooms, showers were fabulous and cupboard space great - they even had an umbrella which we found useful on one day. The Molton Brown toiletries were a wonderful touch and replenished daily. We often found wonderful home baked treats in our room. Water was free and there were tea and coffee facilities. A daily turn down service was provided and the rooms kept super clean. The sumptuous breakfasts were absolutely incredible! Nothing was too much trouble. The chef regularly came out to greet us and the waiters were so attentive, always there with smiles at our regular table which overlooked the sea - what a treat! They were there to place napkins on our laps and shawls around us when it was breezy. Food was sublime, from pancakes to homemade granola and yogurt, avocado & tofu on sourdough, vegan options, traditional turkish Bodrum breakfasts, fresh pastries, eggs made to order, fresh orange juice and great cappuccinos. They were healthy if you wanted and sweet if you wished (nutella!) and more than plentiful! My teenagers did not want to miss out on the best meal of the day and would forgo sleep to get up which says a lot :) The pool area was beautiful!! Spa was a real treat and we all had massages which I highly recommend - the deep tissue massages were well worth it. The girls there was so kind and welcoming. Steam room was hot and the gym good. We ate out most nights and there are local restaurants with both fish and traditional turkish fare. The town was good for shopping and within walking distance (30 mins). For a chill week, ticks every box. As a family with two teenage girls who were happy to sit by a pool and enjoy the spa, we would not hesitate in returning to this wonderful hotel. Stuff very friendly and helpful, even if you are waiting for a taxi or a transfer they will make sure you got a right one. Breakfast super delicious, ala carte. Gym very good quality, I was surprised a big. We tried all the restaurants here, food is delicious, especially sea food soap from Isola. Angel restaurant got really waiter Murad, he was taking care of us always on breakfasts time.

You come to this hotel and feel at home. I especially love the hotel manager, Yasmin. any of your request, desire, request will be fulfilled, and in a short time. The GEMs (guest experience managers, allocated to the guest to assist throughout the stay) were so helpful and sweet. The food and drinks were amazing, so was every detail in the resort, every view from every angle! Even though there were lots of guests it was not at all crowded. Everything we wanted to do we could.
