This hotel was rated 2-stars, but it was much better than that. Iwould rate it atleast 3-stars, if not4!

Great breakfast. Nice to have snow shoes provided to walk on the lake . Gorgeous main common areas with fireplaces and comfy lounge chairs and coffee facility. Lovely fairy lights and snow!

A gorgeous, huge log hunting lodge with very large, well appointed rooms that are comfortable, rustic yet luxurious. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to see their guests and make their visit as comfortable as possible. The whole staff is phenomenal. The food is excellent, and we loved the daily hot chocolate and snores, as well as the chocolate chip cookies left in our room by housekeeping.

The Inns of Aurora exceeded my expectations regarding the professionalism of staff, the cleanliness of the properties, the Spa and restaurants in their desire to exceed any expectations that you may have had prior to arrival.

Six Flags Great Escape & Splashwater Amusement Park is 8 miles from the resort. Lake George Steamboat Cruises are 5 minutes’ drive away. The Lodges at CrestHaven is just the perfect spot. Great location, great staff. We will definitely be back, again and again!

The hotel is very well located - just a minute from Times Square, restaurants and Broadway plays. It is clean, it holds a nice restaurant with a street view and a small rooftop bar. Very convenient!
